The Green Haven at Watersong is a perfect place to call your home during your stay in Orlando, providing you with an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa is a 2 storey 4 bedroom house sleeping up to 10 people with ample living space for you and your family to enjoy.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and brand new flatscreen TVs.

Master Bedroom One has a Kingsize Bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite with double washbasin, large walk-in shower and toilet, brand new 43" 4K Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Master Bedroom Two has a Queensize Bed, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, brand new 43" 4K Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Twin Bedroom Three has twin beds, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, brand new 32" Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Master Bedroom Four has a Queensize Bed, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, brand new 32" Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Relax in the spacious open plan living area, and take advantage of the villa's high quality complementary entertainment system. A 50" Samsung 4K UHD SMART TV hanging on the wall is the stunning centre piece for the system, on which you can access over 100 channels of Cable TV, and with a suitable account Netflix and Amazon Prime Instant. Music can be played through a Bose Mini Link Bluetooth speaker, while video games can be played on the Playstation 4. A USB hard drive provides guests with a choice of over 200 films to watch at their leisure.

The living room sofa is also a sofa bed and can be used to sleep 2 guests for parties of 9/10 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, multi functional oven with microwave, kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and comprehensive set of pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and glasses. A washing machine and dryer, along with iron and ironing board are located in the garage for your convenience. After all the preparation, sit and enjoy your culinary delights at the breakfast bar or if you are having something a bit more formal make use of the large dining table and chairs.

Step outside to enjoy the privacy of no rear neighhbours, heated pool and large deck area, complete with sun loungers, patio table and chairs - in the interests of children's safety a full width barrier is provided between the house and the pool. There is air conditioning throughout, and the villa is protected by a security alarm. All towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring are towels for use around the pool.

In order to benefit from the use of the pool all year round it is recommended that the pool is heated for stays from 1st October to 31st March. The cost of pool heating is £18 per night, and is an optional extra, however if required it can only be booked for the whole duration of a stay.

There is parking on the drive at the front of the villla for two family sized vehicles.Watersong Resort is a prestigious gated community with all the facilities you would expect from a world class resort. It is situated away from the hustle & bustle in a peaceful and tranquil location, yet only a short distance from Disney and the many other attractions of Orlando. Throughout the resort you have beautiful conservation or lake views.

The resort has a magnificent clubhouse with all the latest facilities, a large zero entry pool & spa, friendly & helpful reception staff, high speed internet access, fully equipped gymnasium, games room, spacious lounge area with large screen TV, putting green, sand volleyball court and a children's play area.

Watersong Resort is situated close to Interstate 4 and the US27 both providing easy access to all of Orlando's popular theme parks, the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, as well as great shopping experiences at the numerous Designer Outlets. Watersong is a short drive from Champions Gate, where there is a useful shopping centre, including Publix supermarket, a selection of restaurants, take-aways including MacDonalds, Subway and Papa Johns, a Liquor store, Pharmacy, Petrol Station Hairdressers and Nail Bar. How do damage deposits work?

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
