A beautiful 4-bedroom family-owned villa with fantastic private pool area, situated just minutes from Florida's main attractions.
Just minutes from tourist hotspots, shopping outlets, golf courses and not too far from the superb Floridian beaches, we hope that our villa will be the ideal place for you to enjoy a perfect holiday or vacation rental. Away from the all the hustle and bustle, the villa is lovely and spacious and as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac you are pretty much sure of peace and privacy all year round.
Most of our previous guests love this the most about their stay! The villa has its own swimming pool set in a very large, private, south-facing patio area. The pool area is fully screened and is ideal for both sun-bathing and relaxing in the shade. We have provided comfortable pool furniture to help you to relax after your busy day. You will also find pool crockery should you wish to take food or drink outside. The pool area is particularly peaceful and it is not directly overlooked.
The villa contains a large open-planned great room (lounge) with plenty of comfortable seating to help you unwind. The Great Room looks out over the pool area and leads to the kitchen and dining area. The villa has air-conditioning throughout. There is a flat-screen television and DVD player or you could make use of free Wi-Fi (there is also a iPod/iPhone docking station). We have also provided a number of board games and a selection of books for your entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. There are also small electrical appliances for your use, such as a toaster, blender and coffee maker. We also provide ample crockery and utensils for your convenience. A washing machine and dryer are located in the double garage. The dining area lays at the end of the kitchen and has its own french windows leading out onto the pool area.
Master Bedroom & En-suite:
The Master Bedroom is large and bright and has a very spacious en-suite bathroom. The bed is a 5ft width. It has patio-doors that open out onto the pool area. There is a flat-screen television with DVD player. The en-suite has a large corner bath, a walk-in shower cubicle, double sinks and a walk-in wardrobe. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Bedroom 2 & Family Bathroom:
The second bedroom contains a double bed (4.5ft width). As with all the bedrooms in the villa there are large built-in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space for storing your clothes. The family bathroom has a bath, shower and double sinks. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Bedrooms 3 & 4:
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin rooms. As with all the bedrooms there are large built-in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space for storing your clothes. All bed linen is provided.
All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
We have been using Holiday Lettings for a couple of years now to advertise our villa. However, we have owned our villa since June 2000 and have kept a Guest Book since then. Here is just a small sample of some of the comments left by our guests:

“Fabulous pool area!”
Great location - 15 minutes from Disney parks. Neighbours were excellent and very helpful. The home, itself, is a bit dated but well laid out and spacious; plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 small children. Kitchen was adequately equipped including ice and water which was very nice. Dawn (owner) was wonderful to deal with and extremely quick to get back to us with answers during the booking process. The pool was perfect and our 5 yearly granddaughter practically lived in it. We would have given this a 5 star rating save for a couple of small problems: 1) the vacuum was extremely plugged and requires new filters. I cleared the plug and it was much easier to keep the carpet clean. 2) the master bedroom closet shelving fell down on the first Sunday there; fixed after a trip to Lowe's. Still give 4 & 1/2 Stars though. Would certainly recommend this location to anyone. Thank-you Dawn.

“Good house-poor property management”
We arrived on a Friday after the 4:00 check-in time to find that the pool was not very warm (we paid extra to have the pool heated) and the pool area was quite dirty. We spent almost an hour hosing and wiping down the furniture, spider webs and deck surface. There were several small issues with the home (we find there usually is) but chose to ignore these and address only the pool issue. We weren't able to reach anyone in the management office until Monday! Mon-Fri 9:30-4:00 office hours. Provided an emergency number, which I hated to call but did, and was told the office would be open on Saturday. Again, called..no answer..no way to leave a message. We loved the house. It is older and needs some work but had everything we needed. We won't rent a home handled by this particular management company again (we'll add it to the list from the one we dealt with last year). We did have a warm pool on Tuesday but we paid for 4 days until then and had limited use because we couldn't get ahold of anyone to address the issue!

We are however clearly disappointed that you feel that our Management Company didn’t provide the service you would have expected and I have provided this feedback to them. For your information, I've set out below their response to your comments: 1) Pool heat - This was turned on the day before your arrival. The guest information book does explain that it can take up to 72 hours in certain weather conditions (the temperature hit lows of 56 degrees in the first few days of your stay) to achieve the constant warm temperature. 2) Pool area - This is cleaned by the pool maintenance company when they visit every week. The management company do complete regular spot checks to ensure this is completed. Additionally, the outside table is cleaned down following each guest visit as part of the usual cleaning process. 3) Management Company opening hours - The management company’s opening hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday thru Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday, with an emergency number available outside of these hours. The system used records any messages that are left (if they are already on a call, or it is outside of office hours) to which we will respond. As I say, I am personally disappointed that your experience was not perfect for you, which is always our aim. I would also like to reference other guest reviews that state that the villa is well maintained and very clean and that the pool area is everyone’s favourite part of the villa. It is disappointing that you didn’t have quite the same experience. Indeed, I do wish that you had contacted me during your stay, using the personal details I provide to all guests, so that I could have helped resolve any of your concerns whilst you were still on vacation. This was our first visit to Florida with our four children and we had a fantastic time. The house is conveniently located, within about 15 mins drive to the parks of Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld etc , but in a quiet, attractive residential location. There is a large Publix supermarket within 5 mins drive, plus a range of eating places –Chilli’s being a firm favourite. The house has everything you need, is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-presented, with the additional bonus of your own swimming pool, which the kids loved. A visit to the nearby town of Celebration is strongly recommended, with its peaceful lakeside setting and many restaurants and cafes. This a lovely house in a great location and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

“A lovely well located place - a real home from home”
This was my third visit in 5 years. The Villa is in a fantastic location with both Disney parks and Universal and International Drive a short drive away. It has all the facilities including an amazing pool which my two teenagers loved jumping into after a day at the parks. It also can be heated for staying in those cooler months, we did not need it this time. The Villa is clean and well presented and has all the facilities that you could need. For me in the middle of the three week trip around the USA the washer and dryer came in handy.

Visited this villa in May '14 - had a wonderful time - the house was spotless - very clean throughout - the pool was fantastic - wonderful to return to after a hectic day at the theme parks - the villa is also ideally situated for easy access to the theme parks and local shops. Am looking forward to returning again in the near future.

“A wonderful villa that had everything we wanted”
Our family had a super holiday in Florida and the Villa was just perfect. Everything we needed. Kitchen with more than enough with plenty of cutlery and utensils. Plenty of space, great pool area and all I. A quiet location which is not overlooked. The villa has a great feel to it and the owner, Dawn was terrific to deal with and highly recommended. Will have no hesitation renting this again next time we are over.

“Fab holiday - fab villa”
We had a wonderful holiday here with our children. The villa is lovely, clean, very spacious and comfortable - very comfy beds and sofa, needed after a day in the parks! Great outside pool area, we all loved the pool and you are not overlooked. The villa had all we needed, eg 2 bathrooms, huge fridge, kitchen equipment, hairdriers, free wi-fi etc. It was v handy to have the washer and drier too with my kids! There were also alarms on all doors - esp handy for the ones leading to the pool area. Its in a lovely quiet location, easy to get to the I-4 and the parks and other nearby shops and retaurants. Very good value for money, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Owner is very helpful too and responded quickly to my emailled questions.

“Fantastic villa - a home from home in Florida!”
I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in October 2013 with my teenage son and we would return in the blink of an eye! It's so spacious (despite only being the 2 of us, I think we could've had another few people in the house and not have got in each other's way!). 4 lovely bedrooms, a HUGE en-suite with the master bedroom, and plenty of light from the windows both front and back. 5 minutes drive from the I-4 and only another 10 - 15 minutes to the Disney parks, Universal and the water parks - perfect! A few minutes drive down Pine Tree Trail (a very quiet and fast road just around the corner) takes you to the Posner Park shopping mall with big stores such as JC Penney, Target, Best Buy...a few smaller shops and restaurants too (and I believe a cinema is in the pipeline for summer '14?). Really near the lovely Champions Gate area - super handy for supermarket shopping, pharmacy, McDonalds, Chili's and so on. Great location at the end of a cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours who we met and chatted to, and were made to feel very welcome. Fantastic private pool which we loved using - particularly as the villa is not really overlooked by any neighbours! We only took hand luggage rather than suitcases - we didn't need more, with a washing machine and dryer and home comforts galore (including free wi-fi!)?! I could go on...but suffice to say we loved our stay at the villa - perfect price too (definitely tremendous value for money as I doubt you could find a basic hotel room for the same price as your own home!) and will definitely be back the next time we go to Florida!
