The Bahama Bay Resort is Orlando's new, exclusive, secluded and tranquil Caribbean-style Condo resort sitting right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport.

The Resort is laid out over 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay.

The Bahama Bay Resort near Orlando looks and feels like a small, friendly village.

The complex offers superior facilities in a Caribbean style setting, a Recreation Centre and Club House, the use of four outdoor heated pools with heated jacuzzis, children's pool and play area, a sandy beach and a variety of sport facilities.

402 Rum Run boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of space, the 3-bedroom Abacos villas at Bahama Bay are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable queen-sized beds are standard in the master bedroom and first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available via a sleeper-sofa that opens up into a queen-sized bed in the living room.

The Abacos villas feature two full bathrooms, on en-suite. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs.

An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or master bedroom, or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in each unit.

This unit is at ground level and has a patio with table and chairs and is wheelchair accessible.

The management company is on site to assist you 24 hours a day if you have any questions or requirements whilst in the home. You pay for the condo (which can sleep up to 8), so in fact you can have friends around and stay over.

402 Rum Run is Platinum rated. Bahama Bay do rate the condo as Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze on the quality of the Unit.

The dining room and main Bedroom has been replaced by modern looking bedroom suite and new dining room furniture. with the lounge being upgrading with new furniture.

There are 2 new Queen size beds and mattresses, and new carpet was recently fitted.

There are Flat TV's in all 3 bedrooms as well as DVD players, and a sound bar in the lounge as well as fast free Wifi recently fitted.

Living Area

The Living area has a nice relaxing feel and a nice dining area as you would expect.

It has a Darcy Red 3 piece Full Sofa Sleeper and 2 seater Loveseat. Many Ceramic Table Lamps. Glass Main Coffee Table plus 2 Glass side Tables and a Breakfast Bar. It again has lamps and fans as well as Air Conditioning and Heating as you would expect.

There's Flat screen TV, DNLA Blu-ray player to watch on cable or use our free Wi-fi service. Behind the patio is the local pool

There is also free Wifi and a telephone for Room Service or external calls and access to one of the patio areas, with table and chairs for relaxation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

One Master Bedroom with Flat Screen TV (mounted on Wall) with en suite bathroom, and access to the second patio, with table and chairs.​ There are built in Wardrobes and Drawers.

The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen size bed , a TV and DVD player, and also built in Wardrobes and Drawers

The 3rd bedroom comes with Twin beds , a TV and DVD player, and also built in Wardrobes and Drawers.

There is also a 2nd Bathroom with shower and Wash Basin, with Towels provided.

Kitchen & Utility

Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances including cookware, utensils, and glassware.
