Description

Our luxury 4 bedroomed villa was built in 2005 and remains in excellent condition. It is a wonderful location being close to Disney, Shopping Malls, Restaurants and all of the Orlando attractions.

The villa has a beautiful south west facing pool area with 4 loungers and 4 chairs. Facing this way you get the sun almost the whole day round from 10am till sunset. This is a great advantage especially after a day at one of the local parks or attractions. The villa faces a wooded reservation area meaning that you are not looking into any villas accross from you.

The villa is a bungalow type with all accomodation on the one floor. There are no steps or stairs which is ideal for elderly and younger children. The 4 bedrooms are comprised of 2 queen bedrooms both with ensuite shower over baths and toilets - and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared further bath with overhead shower and toilet.

The main hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 2 settes and a large TV.

There is a breakfast type bar with high stools to also sit at.

The villa has Brighthouse Networks TV with over 100 channels and has high speed wireless Broadband Internet.

The 2 main bedrooms also have TV's.

Their are fans in all the bedrooms and the living room to help keep you cool in the warm weather. The open sitting and kitchen area has high ceilings which help to give an airy feeling and also keep the villa cool.

Coming on holiday will feel a little like being at home. There is a utility room with a quality washing machine and tumble drier to mean you can travel light and plan to easily wash and dry as needs be as your holiday goes along. That also means you can buy more wonderful bargains at the shopping malls to bring back home.

The garage has a well equipped games room with pool table, air hockey and table football.

The villa is managed 24 hours per day a local well respected management company and there is an information pack in the villa to ensure you get the best service during your holiday.

A car is essential for travel to and from the villa. The villa is very close to all major routes. A Sat Nav in your car or on your phone etc will help to guide you to the many wonderful destinations nearby.

“good choice”

Stayed here for 5 nights wasn't disappointed. situated on an estate of similar properties it was very peaceful and safe. Excellent location to all parks within the orlando area and both coasts. villa was very spacious and clean, lovely pool to relax in both evening and night and a shopping area was a 5 minute drive away from the villa. We were travelling with teenagers they had great fun and made good use of the games room. Communication with Ian was excellent. I would defiantly recommend this villa.

“A fab villa in a great location”

We stayed here for two weeks and found it to be a great choice. We had a teenager and friends in our company and all thought the villa had been an excellent choice. The pool at the back is a suntrap and there is a fab new gas BBQ. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area with most of the villas being residential. There is a Publix supermarket, a CVS, a subway, Papa johns pizza, 7 eleven, liquor store and bank amongst other things 2 mins away. You are only 15 mins from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. The villa is well maintained with a great games room the bedrooms are a good size as are the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you would need with a large washing machine and dryer in an attached utility room. There are plenty of towels including pool towels and there is a hairdryer in each main bedroom. the two larger bedrooms and main living area have flat screen tvs and the villa has excellent wifi. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and indeed already have to two sets of friends. We will certainly be back.
