Welcome to the 'White Rose Villa' a single storey, 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom private villa with pool. Situated in a small , quite subdivision, yet just minutes from shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, salons, numerous golf courses & those all important theme parks.We are just a 7 mile drive to the Walt Disney World entrance. Based on an award winning design it has everything you need for your sunshine vacation. Being a single storey home, means that you never have to climb a long flight of stairs again, after a tiring day touring the theme parks! Also having no stairs makes the property easily accessible for the less able bodied.

For you & your family's safety, the villa is totally compliant with all fire & safety regulations. There are smoke alarms throughout, a handy fire extinguisher, & all doors leading to the swimming pool are lockable & alarmed. If you require any further information, please feel free to e-mail us & we will endeavour to answer all questions. We can also give advice on flights, car hire & theme park tickets.

The White Rose is fully air conditioned with a modern central air unit supplemented by ceiling fans. As you enter, a short hallway to the left takes you to the west wing providing two bedrooms, double & twin, with a bathroom providing bath, shower, vanity unit & toilet, between. Both bedrooms have large closets, bed side cabinets, additional drawers, televisions, clock radios & ceiling fans.

At the rear of the White Rose is the east wing, providing the master suite with queen bed, television, clock radio, bed side cabinets, additional drawers, remote controlled ceiling fan & alarmed patio doors leading directly to the private pool. The en-suite master bathroom contains both bath & large walk in shower, separate toilet room, double vanity sink unit, large mirror & walk in closet.

The twin bedroom has a large closet, bed side cabinet & additional drawers, television, clock radio, ceiling fan & window overlooking the pool. There is also a shared family bathroom providing a large walk in shower, vanity unit & toilet.

Centrally the White Rose provides a well specified, modern kitchen with large & small electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, everything you will need should you choose to eat at home. The breakfast nook has table & chairs.

A separate utility room with washer and dryer , washing basket and iron, leads to the large garage containing ironing board, high chair, potty, strollers & cool boxes. The formal dining area has a lovely table & chairs & is separated from the living room by a half-wall, maintaining the open plan, spacious nature of the White Rose. The living room has two large sofas, a large UHD television, CD player, playstation & Xbox 360 & a varied supply of games to suit all tastes. We also provide a selection of DVD’s, CD’s & books for your entertainment. There is a remote controlled ceiling fan & dimmer light. The alarmed patio doors lead directly to the covered lanai & pool area. 

The lanai providing shade, has tables, cushioned chairs, BBQ, pool-toy box, ceiling fan & wall thermometer in case you want to know just how lovely the sunshine is. The pool area has loungers, reclining chairs & foot stools all ready for your lazier days or to relax when coming home from a hectic day at the theme parks, shopping or golfing.

The curved pool is 28 feet by 15 feet & is heated throughout the year by solar panels, which supplements the pool heater & means there is only an extra charge for pool heating for the mid winter months. The pool area is fully screened & has bushes carefully planted to maintain privacy without disturbing the lovely view.

Having no rear neighbours, the pool overlooks a small lake & nature land providing a private area to relax. Take your breakfast under the lanai whilst watching rabbits, squirrels & an occasional armadillo from the fully screened pool area.

The White Rose is lovingly maintained twice a year by the lucky owners Anne & Dave who on each visit, paint, pressure wash & numerous other jobs to keep fresh & improve the high standard of the White Rose & acting on any suggestions from previous guests, many of whom are regular returnees to the White Rose. For the rest of the year the White Rose is looked after by a fabulous management team who are on hand to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

There is a small safe available for your use.

We provide bedding & towels for all bedrooms & bathrooms & a small number of coloured towels for use in the pool area.

For those looking for a Christmas vacation there is a tree & lights to help you celebrate the festive season.

Unlike many Florida vacation homes there are NO extra charges for any of the facilities provided except winter pool heating if required.
