OVERVIEW

Welcome to the "Sanctuary View" which is located in the popular gated community of the "Sanctuary" at Westhaven and is easily reached from Interstate 4 at the "Championsgate" exit.

Upon arrival at the property drop you suitcases at the front door and walk through the light and airy kitchen and open the patio doors to the pool. You'll be greeted with a lovely view over the conservation area and we feel sure that no matter how long your journey has been, you'll begin to relax and feel right at home in your lovely Florida villa!

The property has five bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom with luxurious en-suite complete with separate bath, shower and "His & Hers" vanity units.

The layout of the other four bedrooms is family friendly with a King bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom upstairs and a Queen bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a low level bath installed with hand rails for safety and convenience. The Queen bedroom downstairs has patio doors opening onto the pool area and is a favourite with many guests.

All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for additional comfort and have flat screen Samsung TVs. There is a large 65 " Samsung Smart flat screen TV in the main lounge with a Samsung "Blu-Ray" DVD player that allows access to "You-Tube", "Pandora" and also "Netflix" (Account log-in required) There is also a 32" TV/DVD in the seating area at the top of the stairs complete with X-Box gaming console. For music lovers there is a "Samsung M5" Bluetooth speaker in the lounge. Complimentary high speed Wi Fi, cable TV (UK Premier league football is available) and free local & international phone calls (Please refer to villa information sheet for details of available international locations for free phone calls)

The pool is west facing and you will be treated to lovely sunsets over the conservation area. As the villa has an extended pool deck there is somewhere to sunbathe from around 0900hrs until sunset everyday and as the villa has no properties directly at the rear there is a considerable degree of privacy. Check out the photos of the rear of the property and then compare them to some of the other properties where you have a view of some else's property or pool just a few yards away. The pool deck has a large seating area with a selection of chairs & tables for outdoor dining and of course loungers for the all important sun-tan with ample towels provided. The pool has a child safety fence installed and an outside shower.

There is a well equipped kitchen with a large oven and range plus large fridge/freezer and plenty of crockery, glasses, pots & pans and kitchen utensils to make the villa a real "home from home." Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining nook overlooking the pool with a table and four chairs, ideal for lazy breakfasts. There is also a formal dining area seating six in the second lounge with two comfy sofas with no TV, so as to make the area ideal for relaxation and planning your next day in Orlando. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer plus a games room with pool table, table football and air hockey.

We also provide a quality set of right handed golf clubs for guest usage.

In the interests of safety the stairs are fitted with child gates top and bottom to protect those little ones.

The location of the property is worth a special mention as it is a very peaceful area and you would not believe that you were only a few minutes from one of the worlds largest theme parks. There are numerous excellent golf courses close by including the "Champions Gate" facility which has 36 holes and was voted as Orlando's best golf course. A "Publix" supermarket is just five minutes drive away so all of the amenities your require are just a few minutes drive away. The driveway at the villa has parking for two vehicles.

For everyones comfort the property is no smoking throughout.

“Just what the doctor ordered”

This was our fourth time to this beautiful house and we certainly hope to make our 5th visit next year. This time we were accompanied by our daughter and son in law and to say they were impressed was an understatement. Yet again on entering the house we were met with pure luxury. Everything ready clean and inviting for us to enjoy our holiday from the minute we crossed the threshold. We are always astounded by improvements made by the owners and yet again they've found ways of improving what is in our eyes perfect even more perfect. Our stay this time was for two weeks which as usual went by far too quickly, although we were able to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views from the pool area as our daughter and son in law had hired their own car and were able to go out and explore on their own. We did something this time that we'd never done before and that was to use the local taxi company to visit the ever expanding restaurants and bars in the local area. We can't wait to come back and take our explorations a little further and wider.

“Magical Memories Made”

This was our 4th visit to Orlando and after a last minute let down with the property we had booked and used twice previously we found Arthur's villa. It was perfect in every way. We were two families with 3 children aged 12-14. There was plenty of space for everyone. To be honest we didn't spend much time in the villa during the days but would come back early evening for the kids to enjoy the pool whilst we sat and watch the sunsets and storms. The area is great too close to shops, restaurants and the I4. We would definitely choose this property in the future.

“Fantastic Villa”

We have recently returned from a 16 night stay at this amazing villa with my wife, sons and sons girlfriends. There are ample loungers and reclining chairs for everyone and the pool is great. The villa has everything you could need, the location is great for all parks but in a quiet location overlooking a conservation area. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive and I would highly recommend the English owned Fish and Chip Shop near the Publix supermarket. This is our third stay at Champions Gate and we will definitely look to stay in this villa next time. As well as a call from Arthur the owner shortly after arrival, we also received a couple of calls to make sure we were ok during and after hurricane Matthew (it didn't effect us by the way), which I thought was a nice thought. Anyone looking to rent this villa will have no regrets.

“Very Happy with our Choice to stay in this Home!!”

While we stayed in this home for the month of February we spent some time looking at other properties for rent in the area. We didn't find anything we liked better than this property! It had everything. We loved that it had a games room and 7 TV's. May seem silly but after a busy day at the parks or touring around it was nice that everyone had their own space to relax. The 2 living room areas and third loft space were unique to other homes we looked at. We paid to have the pool heated and were in it nearly every day. Beds were comfortable, everything was super clean. The management company did a great job of having the house in perfect cleanliness and well stocked. The owner was excellent to deal with - we had no issues at all. The green space in the back yard made the property seem very private and the neighbourhood was well maintained. We thought we would be disappointed about not having a Hot Tub - that was the only feature the home did not have - but the pool was kept at such a nice warm temperature that you did not need the Hot tub. Very close to everything 'Disney' if that is why you are coming to the area and a great grocery store close by - Loved Publix staff!! We hope to return and will definitely try to get this home when we do.

5 stars GREAT LOCATION, LUXURY VILLA AND SUNSHINE MADE FOR A SUPER HOLIDAY! The villa is in a great location just off I4 and in easy reach of all the attractions. It was simple to find from the directions provided and the owner was really easy to deal with. The villa has everything that you could wish for and is spotlessly clean. The pool deck is really special for topping up your tan and viewing those spectacular sunsets. We're already planning our next years holiday there.

This property has it all! It is beautifully appointed and maintained, located in a secure and attractive, gated community, with easy, quick access to everything that you'd ever want for a great holiday! It is minutes away from local stores, restaurants and the Orlando theme parks, as well as Florida's amazing interstate system, so whatever you want is quickly acquired. It's obvious that the owners are maintaining this property well - so much of the appointments are new and everything is modern, clean and well cared for. The home's location is great, too, with the most restful outlook from the pool deck onto natural greenery - and the elegant sandhill cranes (two pairs when I was there) visit almost daily and really add a touch of tropical glamour to the gorgeous scenery. All in all, it is comfortable, well-appointed, ideally located, a pleasure to stay in - and its name says it all! - "Sanctuary View"! An ideal holiday spot for that perfect escape.
