Sitting on the Tuscan Ridge community, this well-equipped four bedroom, single-story villa is an ideal choice for the whole family. With a large sunny private pool and hot tub, there is every reason to spend all day by the pool. It is close to Orlando's theme parks (13 miles from Disney) and many wonderful golf courses (incl. 5 mins from Greg Norman's course at Champions Gate).

LIVING SPACE

Inside, to the right of the front door is the spacious family dining area with seating for six people. Adjacent to this is a lounge area with comfy sofas seating six people and patio doors out to the pool deck. Continuing through the villa is the kitchen in the middle of the villa which has a breakfast bar seating three people and an additional table with seating for four people. The kitchen overlooks the main family lounge, which has a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player.

1 - Master Suite with King-size bed, walk-in closet, patio doors to the pool deck, ceiling fan, TV. En-suite bathroom contains bath tub, large shower cubicle, 2 single sinks, separate WC.

2 - Master Suite 2 with double bed, slide closet, ceiling fan, TV. En-suite bathroom with door to the pool deck, shower cubicle, sink and WC.

3 - Bedroom 3 with Full bed, slide closet, ceiling fan & TV.

4 - Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, slide closet & ceiling fan

ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS

1. Family bathroom contains shower over bath, sink, WC.

ENTERTAINMENT

The games room is equipped with air hockey and table football, great for some friendly family fun.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The pool is great for sunshine all day and has mood lighting for night-time ambiance. There is a stand alone hot tub and heat is provided complimentary. The spacious pool deck has a covered area which has two outdoor dining tables both seating four people is the perfect place for all the family to enjoy a night in dining alfresco style.

For a small charge the pool can be heated and we recommend you arrange this if you are staying between October and April (current cost $30 per day). The separate hot-tub (steps up) is heated at no extra charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
