The spacious 'Tuscan Treasure' villa welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation!! The villa has been creatively designed and furnished to provide the bright, happy, colorful Floridian feeling that you would expect from a sunshine vacation. As you enter the villa, you will immediately notice the different accented colored rooms, which starts the relaxing tone for the perfect holiday!!! Decorating is modern, simple and fresh, flowing across the rooms complementing both character and functionality and making our villa a very special place for you to stay.


Settled in the peaceful Tuscan Ridge community, our villa is within short distance from Disney and all amenities. Tuscan Treasure can accommodate 8 guests plus baby/infant, and is excellent for 2 families with children or larger group. The villa features 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large pool and a south-west facing pool deck. The villa is fully air conditioned/heated and additional fans have been fitted for added comfort.


All bedrooms are supplied with a 17" or 19" TV enabling guests to watch movies or listen to music in the comfort and privacy of their own rooms. The Family Room has a 55" HDTV with a large variety of channels. There are two master bedrooms with en-suites. The Twin rooms share the family bathroom with fitted tub shower, vanity and toilet.

A South-West facing 26 x 13 ft pool with a large covered 'L' shaped lanai and an outdoor dining table to enjoy an 'Alfresco' dining and Florida outdoors. The sliding doors for the patio area are fitted with alarms and there is a removable fence guarding the pool for the safety of small children. Upgraded poolside furniture for up to 8 people. Upgraded internal furniture throughout. Formal dining area seating up to 6 guests. Informal dining nook seats 4 guests at the table and 2 guests at the breakfast bar. Free standard telephone calls anywhere within the USA and Canada. Free wi-fi internet/broadband service - bring your own laptop. Smoke detectors throughout villa. The villa is filled with colorful silk flowers arrangements. Community tennis court and play ground.


Together with our local experienced management company we aim to provide you with an exceptional customer service experience. We do our best to help you make your trip, the holiday of a lifetime, so that you will want to visit our villa again and recommend us to your family and friends. A full pre-arrival information package will be forwarded to the party leader electronically including information on how to locate, access our home independently, familiarize guests with our home, the local area and our management company. We are always available to answer any questions prior to your visit and contact guests following their arrival to ensure everything is OK and that they have settled in satisfactorily.

“Comfortable, clean, and stylish!”

We stayed at this rental property in November for 5 days. We chose this house because it was by far the nicest we could find. A lot of the properties we saw online were very outdated - we felt we paid the same amount for a much nicer looking villa. The booking process was straightforward and hassle free. We arrived on a Wednesday around 3pm and picked up our rental car from the airport. We were concerned we would get stuck in traffic but we didn't - it was a really quick and easy drive from the airport. Getting into the house was also really easy. The neighborhood (Tuscan Ridge) was surprisingly quiet - the house is at the back of the subdivision and that might be why we almost forgot there were other houses around. As soon as we opened the door we knew we made the right decision. The house is even nicer in person and feels much larger than we were expecting. It has a bright, open feeling because almost all of the rooms open up to the pool area. There's also a great deal of privacy because the master bedrooms are on one level but on opposite sides of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed including a blender for margaritas and even a griddle for pancakes! Everything was very clean, there were fresh lines, and lots of extra towels. The AC and the pool heater worked perfectly - also great water pressure for those that are concerned like me. We were also surprised to find so many pool toys so we inflated some right away and lounged in the pool with margaritas - it was perfect. The pool area is also really lovely. Finally, what we liked best was how nice it felt to be in this beautiful house. What we liked least was having to end our vacation and come back to Canada in November! Highly recommend - will definitely go back!
