Stunning 4 bedroom villa, sleeps 8, in Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Community.

This spacious two storey home is regularly updated by the owners to ensure that it maintains it's high standards.

It has a huge 65in Samsung TV in family room.

PS4, Xbox One and games room available which includes pool table, foosball table, air hockey, darts and an arcade game with 250 games (e.g. Pac Man etc) to keep the kids (including the older ones) happy!!!

TVs and cable in all rooms.

Baby cot/bedding/stroller & BBQ available at no extra cost.

Getting around

I would strongly advise that guests hire a car to get around whilst in Orlando. I can recommend a great Car Hire company once you have booked - I have never been able to beat the quote they provide with like for like cover!!!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday in Orlando. Stayed at this fantastic villa. Modern , clean and really comfortable. I have 2 teenage sons so gaming systems and games room were fantastic for them. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, it was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fantastic and really helpful. Great location, very easy to get to all the attractions and lots of restaurants near by. Also within 2 min drive there is a large supermarket which we used regularly. We also played tennis and used the communal pool.

Firstly I would like to congratulate the owners on a fantastic 5 Star rental home! The property has recently under gone a major refurbishment and the new owners have thought of your every little need.... from XBoxes, play stations, mountain bikes and a fantastic Games room.. to name but a few!! No expense has been spared! I emailed the owner Tina on several occassions before we departed for the U.S.A with questions i wanted to know, nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely prompt with her replies and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the area. The property was exactly as described and the cleanliness of the property on arrival was second to none! The pool was gorgeous, clean and heated to exactly the right temperature, with more than adequate comfortable sun loungers/ chairs around the pool. This is an excellent location to be in, with all the Theme Parks being less than half an hours drive away.. depending on traffic! With just a five minute walk down the road you have a Shopping complex with a handful of restaurants, I would fully recommend Sunday's Grill which is a British pub which serves excellent British dishes the fish and chips are amazing!! The staff are very accomodating! I would fully recommed this rental home to anyone and feel it appeals to all ages as there is something for all. I was so impressed with this home that i contacted the owner whilst I was out there and re-booked again for 2015! This property definitely gets a big thumbs up from me... 5 out of 5 stars!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tina (the owner) a message.

If Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
