Lake Thomas Villa nestles at the foot of Lake Thomas, a beautiful warm spring's natural lake, and is ideally located in a small enclave of just four homes. It is a luxuriously furnished executive 3 bed, 2.5 bath home, with private screened south facing pool overlooking Lake Thomas, and a games room with full size pool table, table tennis, and foosball.

It has a large garden, with 450ft. lake frontage providing spectacular views of the lake and conservation area to the right. Relax and enjoy watching the exotic resident wildlife from the comfort of the villa or the screened private pool overlooking the Lake. Our guests are welcome to view the lake from the villa's own private deck. We are sure you and your family will enjoy the unique vacation experience this much-loved family home can offer.

For those days when you decide to take a break from the theme parks or shopping, this wonderful home sits in a large garden and has 450ft of breathtaking lake frontage for you to enjoy. A private deck overlooking the lake is provided for your personal use by day, and from here you can experience the unique and exotic resident wildlife around the lake. During the evenings you can listen to the sounds of the lake from the comfort of the screened pool deck, whilst you watch the sunset. Later you can marvel as the moonlight bathes the lake with its sparkling magic.

By day kids can splash and play in the private screened south facing pool, whilst Mum and Dad rest on the comfortable padded pool furniture and enjoy the serenity of the lake and conservation views. Poolside plates, glasses and cutlery are provided for your convenience.

There are a number of car hire companies conveniently on site at Orlando International and Sanford Airports including Dollar, Alamo, and Hetz to name a few. A hire car is the most convenient, comfortable, and best value form of transport to use during your vacation in the Orlando area. We suggest you book your hire car in advance from home, as it pays to shop around in order to secure the best deal. Taxis and public transport are available but can be pricey and less convenient.

The owner was very very nasty. I call the maintenance man on dec 8 I check in on the 7 to come out and fix the lights out side so when we can in at night it will be lights not darkness. Never came to … More

Although your booking was for just two guests to stay at the villa, my property manager confirmed that all beds had been slept in and there had definitely been more than 2 guests present and at least one child which you failed to mention on your booking form. We welcome families with children but hope guests will always be honest about the number of people who will be coming to stay. Despite this I authorised a full refund of your security deposit. Great stay at Lake Thomas Villa for 14 nights. Ideal location for Disney although use the 192 road rather than the I4 to get to Disney! Lovely views of Lake from villa. Will be back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
