Once you have secured your reservations we will email you asking you to complete a booking form. The bookings form will ask you to list all the guests staying in the home and provide the ages of all guests under the age of 25. Once we are in receipt of this form we will be able to issue your directions to the home. All our homes are fitted with a key-less entry system you simply type the door code the code is unique for your stay only. Once in resort you will have access to our Property Manager who will be able to assist you with any problems in the home during your stay. Their telephone number is provided in the directions and also in the Home Booklet which you will find in the home.

Thank you for your review Tiago. I don’t know really where to start in all honesty. Firstly, I will tackle the issues that you did in fact raise. You did advise that the pool was cool and that your guests had difficulty getting through the gate during your stay. Our pool company went to the home and checked the temperature of the pool and advised that the pool heat was on and working - we referred you back to the pool wording you had received prior to paying for pool heat that in cooler months the pool heater will only take the chill out of the water. You seemed ok with this and did not ask for pool heat to be turned off and your pool heat payment refunded. Regarding your guests not getting access at the gate, we had previously asked you for a list of all drivers prior to your check in, only guests names you supplied where added to the gate for access. You subsequently provided further guest names and we added them for you. You did not contact us saying you had to go to a hotel, therefore I have checked the smart lock on the front door and your code was entered every single day and we can clearly see you coming and going throughout each day of your stay. You also stated you saw a roach so we contacted our Pest Control company who attended the home and could not find the roach. Our home is regularly treated by a licensed Pest Control company. Now to the issues you did NOT raise. You did not raise a dirty pool. However, our pool has a weekly clean from a licensed pool company, they actually upload the chemical readings and picture of the pool clean to an app for us to check and monitor. I have checked and the pool had its next weekly clean the day after you checked in. We do supply a pool net for you to take out any debris in between weekly pool cleans. . You have also stated that you cant get in touch with us, we supplied you with a telephone number for our Property Manager who could be contacted Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We also supplied you with a 24 hour emergency line for you to use in case of emergencies., you could also contact us via the Flipkey message thread which you did do. You did not raise any maintenance issues, or problems with the washing machine, carpets or any other issues during your stay until this review. My question is why would you not raise them as you did raise the other issues – my only conclusion was to beef out your review.

How do damage deposits work?
