Put yourself in the Heart of Darwin in the middle of crocodile country. Close enough to the city to walk to it but faraway enough away not to hear the nightlife.Stay in the heart of the capital of the N.T Territory style, the fridge will stocked with food & drinks on arrival with compliments. Including wine, BBQ pack (a main meal), veg, bread, morning and afternoon tea, soft drinks, beer and fruit.Stay in the Heart of the capital of the Northern Territory.At 82 Woods Street you will be staying in a "real" Darwin neighbourhood. The locals are friendly and welcoming , so say g'day and have a yarn and get the good oil.You will be greeted by myself David and or Vasos who lives next-door and shown how everything works. You will be personally greeted no matter what time of day you arrive. When ever possible early check ins or extended checkout times will be accommodated. You will be staying my privately holiday let apartment amongst Territorians.Many of my guests stay after traveling to and from Kakadu and Lichfield National Parks. The apartment will be set up with a stocked fridge so that you do not have to do a shop when you arrive late after your flight or tour.You are a few minutes walk from Mitchell Street, the heart of Darwin's restaurants, pubs and clubs.Close to the harbour-side entertainment and the stylish boardwalks of Cullen Bay Marina, Skycity Casino, the legendary Mindil Beach Markets, and the quirky Ski Club or Sailing Club which boast spectacular sunsets. Ten minutes away is the Darwin Convention Centre at the harbour, comprising al fresco restaurants and eateries, 4,000 square metres wave lagoon, luxurious spa, lush parklands, sandy beachfront and home to Darwin's cruise ship terminal. The precinct is linked to the Darwin city centre by an elevated 'Skywalk'.Ten minutes from Darwin Harbour and an array of world-class fishing experiences with anglers hooking Barramundi and other tropical fish, or the more relaxed option of a sunset cruise. You are a few minutes walk from two big chain supermarkets and the city shops. Territory Government, Parliament House and Darwin City Council offices. Suitable for clients with business in the city. Hot water needs to be fixed

The unit was in a quiet location. Good access to the city, restaurants, Woolworths, Pubs and shops generally.

Thank you for your review yes the hot water in the kitchen is light on the hot water front. The system was replaced a few months ago and the tap in the kitchen replaced weeks ago Its a puzzle the showers and laundry have hot water. I’m on my third plumber. Thank you for leaving the apartment clean and tidy. Good guests

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
