The chalet benefits from a modern fitted kitchen and spacious bathroom as well as a bright comfortable lounge. After days out enjoying the rolling countryside and stunning seascapes of South Hams, or the local attractions, activities, restaurants and evening entertainment, it is the perfect base in which to relax and unwind. The Norton Park is usually quiet, and there is plenty of grass and garden for younger children to play on safely. The chalet is just a short drive away from picturesque Dartmouth and even closer to the local shopping amenities. There is a Park and Ride option to avoid parking congestion in town. The chalet also benefits from being very close to the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club where there are leisure and pool facilities, a restaurant and a fantastic golf course! Also close

A short 3 mile drive away down the lanes via Stoke Fleming village you will discover Blackpool Sands, an attractive beach in a sheltered bay with parking, restaurant and facilities (don't be disappointed; it is shingle not sand!). For any returning visitors to Norton Park, you should be warned that the Norton Park Hotel is now closed, so there are no restaurant/bar facilities in walking distance on site.For those on a bit of a budget 119 is the perfect retreat. It is a really pleasantly finished holiday chalet offering modern accommodation at a very reasonable price.Please note there is a pay meter in the kitchen for the electrics which takes pound coins.KitchenThere is a very well equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and all the saucepans and cooking utensils you will need.LivingThe living room features a large picture window and laminate flooring throughout. Seating is provided by a two seater chair and two single chairs and there is a coffee table. Entertainment is provided in the form of a flatscreen Freeview TV with DVD player and a supply of books and games. Dining is also provided with the provision of a table and four chairs. There are two bedrooms in the chalet. Bedroom one features a double bed with bedside cabinets side lights, chest of drawers, wall mounted heater, ceiling light point and a window to the front of the property. Bedroom two features twin beds with a bedside cabinet and a side light, an ample wardrobe, wall mounted heater, ceiling light point and a UPVC window to the rear of the property. The spacious bathroom features a large shower cubicle, low level WC and washbasin in a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a wall mounted fan heater. The communal grounds, laid to lawn lie in front of the chalet, an ideal area to sit and relax whilst appreciating the countryside views. There is a parking space which is clearly marked '119' and is within easy walking distance to the property.
