“Lovely Cottage in Great Location”

Reviewed 8 Oct 2016

We had such a wonderful stay at Rachel's cottage. The location is perfect and the cottage is obviously well cared for and was clean and cosy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and we will definitely be back ☺️

I'm so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. I do try my best to make the property as cosy as possible :-) Hope to see you again soon x

“A Home Away From Home”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2016

This property is in the perfect location - only a 10min walk to Dartmouth front meaning that you don't have to drive into town and try to find a parking space! However, this does mean that the designated parking space for the property is approx 300yrds (0.3kn) up the road from the house but this would only be a problem if we had much younger children and/or any mobility difficulties. The house is well maintained, it was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived and has everything we needed for our family holiday (there was tea, coffee, sugar and even a pint of milk waiting for us in the fridge! Very considerate). Having access to the free wifi kept both children happy (13yrs and 11yrs). Although the outside space at the rear is small, I was looking forward to having a glass of wine out there, however, the English weather wasn't that kind lol! However, we did make use of the public heated outside pool just up the road.

Thanks so much for the lovely review. I hope you will come and stay again. I'm glad the Wifi was useful!

“Beautiful location, very well equipped house.”

Beautiful town, stunning views, great beaches. Rachel has done a wonderful job with this holiday let, modern and well equipped, just a short walk from the town centre and the beautiful harbour.

“Wonderful location and beautifully furnished and decorated....”

Could not ask for a more convenient location, very helpful owner of the property, and had an amazing time...definitely booking up early for next year"

“Exquisite home from home. Really tasteful and comfy - and right in the heart of this beautiful place.”

Reviewed 3 Dec 2013

The area is fantastic; traditional, scenic and a refreshing change from usual scabby seaside resorts. The property is a short walk away from the seafront and it's a little slice of heaven. Very classy but cosy at the same time. It's a treat!
