ABOUT OUR COTTAGE
Nauti Cottage is our family holiday home in the town centre of Dartmouth on the River Dart. A very short flat walk to the river front, coffee shops, boutique's & restaurants. It is fully furnished and has a lovely homely, cosy feel as soon as you walk through the door. Presented to a high standard. Central Heating - combi boiler.
Accommodation is set across 3 floors which sleeps 5 in two double bedrooms or 7 by using the double sofa bed in the lounge.
Ground floor offers open plan hall/lounge & dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen.
The lounge comprises of 2 sofas (1 sofa bed). Dining table and 4 chairs. Large wall mounted flat screen TV. XBox console with games. DVDs and books.
First floor leads to a double bedroom with double bed and single bunk over, flat screen TV/DVD. It also has door access leading out onto beautiful large decked area which captures the sun from first thing in the morning to last thing at night.
The garden is complete with rattan sofa & chairs (all with cushions), large umbrella and small bbq. There are also windbreaks and easy to carry sun loungers to take to the beach (the best beach is only 5 min drive as pictured).
Also on the first floor is the bathroom with electric shower, basin & toilet.
Second floor leads to master bedroom with double bed, TV & DVD. room.
Travel cot/stair gate available.
As parking is limited in the town centre during May-September we provide a parking permit for this time which allows free parking all over south hams area in designated car parks. The car park in Dartmouth is only a 2 minute walk. Lake Street is quiet and sometimes you can find spaces by the doctors. There is an area where you pull up and unload at the front of the cottage very easily.
Unfortunately no pets & no smoking in the property.

Walk the South West Coast Path or laze on our clean beaches. Don't forget to visit the tourist office to see a working Newcomen Engine!
Every year since 1834, the River Dart has played host to The Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, visitors enjoy a host of events from rowing, sailing to air displays and fireworks to name a few!
