The garden has recently been upgraded including new tiled area with BBQ, astro turf with rattan sofa & chairs (all with cushions).

There are also windbreaks and easy to carry sun loungers to take to the beach (the best beach is only 5 min drive as pictured).

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

Second floor leads to master bedroom with double bed, TV & DVD. room.

As parking is limited in the town centre during May-September we provide a parking permit for this time which allows free parking all over south hams area in designated car parks. The car park in Dartmouth is only a 2 minute walk. Lake Street is quiet and sometimes you can find spaces by the doctors. There is an area where you pull up and unload at the front of the cottage very easily.

Location description from owner

The England region

ABOUT DARTMOUTH, SOUTH DEVON. You have to go a long way to find a town as pretty as Dartmouth. Overlooking one of the finest natural harbours in the UK, Dartmouth has a strong maritime heritage and is packed with events and things to do throughout the year, from sailing to arts and cultural festivals. Lying in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the town has a vibrant, coastal charm and is well served by ferry and coastal path links.

Dartmouth

Dartmouth in Devon – the Jewel of the South Hams. Ancient narrow streets house boutique shops, art galleries; delicatessens. A cobbled market place features colourful stalls and Farmers markets supplying local produce – used by our gourmet restaurants, pubs, cafes and home to the Britannia Royal Naval College.

Sail, fish, explore by boat or come at festival time. Take the steam train ride to Paignton for a treat or enjoy visits to Dartmouth Castle, National Trust properties at Greenway and Coleton Fishacre. Walk the South West Coast Path or laze on our clean beaches.

Every year since 1834, the River Dart has played host to The Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, visitors enjoy a host of events from rowing, sailing to air displays and fireworks to name a few!
