OverviewThe Smithy is a charming characterful property located in the heart of Dartmouth on the desirable Collaford Steps within a stones throw of St Saviours Church. Situated within easy reach of the local shops, restaurants and the beautiful River Dart making it an ideal location to explore the Historic Town. Although there is no parking with the property a parking permit is provided for use from May to October in the town centre car park.
