From the owner

Set in the tranquil and much sought after Gulpinar residential area of Dalyan, Mountain View is a south facing development of just 4 apartments completed in 2014. No 2 is on the ground floor and has its own private raised terrace with steps leading to the main pool and bbq terrace. A large awning makes this a perfect spot for meals outside and early evening drinks.

We are proud to maintain a 5 star TripAdvisor rating and many guests are now paying a return visit.

The complex has wonderful views of the mountains, a completely open aspect with pomegranate orchards to the side and rear of the property, and luxury villas to the front where ample parking is available.

Built to very high standards by a local building company with many years experience of creating holiday homes, the fixtures and fittings reflect the care and attention that has been invested in the property. This stunning apartment has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with large walk in shower and open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen including hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Air conditioned throughout the property has wi-fi and satellite TV which was upgraded for the 2019 season and receives UK channels via an Amazon Fire Stick.

The apartment has also been recently decorated throughout.The pool is shared with the other 3 apartments. Due to the layout of the terraces and pool area (no shallow end) it is NOT suitable for children.

Walking distance to the old market square in Dalyan and the quay side is just 7-8 minutes.

We take your passport details prior to your arrival to register you as our guests with the Jandarma for the duration of your stay. We have a preferred airport transfers company and are pleased to book your transfers. Our property manager is Victoria Tezcan at Saha Property and she can arrange extra cleaning should you need it .Our Pool and Garden Manager Nez Akar is on hand daily for anything you need in and around the apartment. Once you've booked we send you some pre-arrival notes and there is full guest information pack in the apartment with loads of information about Dalyan, getting about, bars & restaurants etc
