Distance from villa to city center is only 10&15 minutes by walking,you can reach canal Dalyan, bars, restaurants ,cafes and shops just by walking.Villa Rota is a private property designed with ultimate quality ,chic and modern insights, also has a lush green garden which surrounded marble roads, there is a swimming pool located in the garden, from villa you can easly go to the Iztuzu Beach ,Sarıgerme Beach, Göcek 12 Islands tour , Akyaka Yatch Tour , Fethiye Dead Sea Tour and etc. by your car .You can reach by local boat to the other beach and other activities and site seeings. Villa has mountain view ,orchards view as you can see from the balconies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
