Description

Lingay is a beautiful 3 bedroom self catering bungalow in Smerclate South Uist. It has been recently refurbished in 2016 and is your home away from home in the idealic surrounds of the Scottish Outer Hebrides. It is situated in a peaceful setting and is only a 2 minute drive away to the nearest beach.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed while bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. There is one bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a cosy living room with a television and docking station for your own personal music and Wifi at no extra cost. There are a selection of books and games available. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery pots utensils etc. Towels and bedding are provided. *It is important to note that guests will pay for their electricity via a meter which takes £1 and £2 coins. There will be some credit in it to get you started.

A very nice cottage very clean and tidy, close to everything you need the co op hotels etc and especially the fishing, we had a great time here and have no hesitation on recommending Lingay cottage.

We had a great stay . Lingay cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. It is in a great location,near to a fantastic beach , Polachar Inn and Eriskay. We only scratched the surface in our weeks stay . Lots still to explore on a return visit. Jahoda Family August 2016

A well appointed and equipped bungalow in the South of S Uist and a few hundred meters from the very good Polochar (meaning Inlet of the Stone in Gaelic) Pub. Only 3 pubs on the Island.

How do damage deposits work?
