Our spacious holiday cottage has everything and more for a fantastic holiday. From the extra touches such as underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom to the complimentary bikes, golf clubs and sledges available our house will provide a comfortable holiday home. Spey Valley Country club is a two minute stroll through a forest path directly from the house and has a welcoming bar and restaurant.

Comfortably accommodating 6 with one king size bedroom, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and a spacious lounge / dining room. Full bathroom with shower over bath and separate cloaks / wc. Travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair available. Conservatory provides additional public space and access to lovely enclosed garden.

WIFI included along with ipod dock, FreeSAT TV, Playstation 3 with access to full Sky Go for Sky Sports and Sky Movies as well as Netflix/iPlayer. Well equipped kitchen with all you need including double oven, fridgefreezer, microwave, washer dryer and dishwasher.

Aviemore is a traffic free 10 minute walk away with a large selection of cafes, shops and bars/restaurants.

“Holiday home in Aviemore”

A very lovely property in a lovely quite location close to all amenities and the house was well equipped with everything you needed to have and exceptional relaxing stay. I would recommend this property for a short break or a full week holiday, really good value for the prices quoted and I will defiantly be booking again in the near future

“Brilliant Stay!”

We’ve stayed in Aviemore many times, this is the first time at Woodview Cottage and we would definitely return. The cottage was warm and homely with all the amenities required for a self-catering break. Beds and couches are comfy. The underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom are a bonus. The garden is lovely and secure, perfect for our toddler and dog. The location is great, close to Dalfaber Country Club and a short walk into the village centre.

Had a great week up in Aviemore. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more! It was immaculately clean and had everything there to make your holiday comfortable. Great location for exploring Aviemore and surrounding area. Will be booking for next year!

“Great location and fantastic property”

Everything about this property was perfect. It's modern, clean, dog and family friendly and located in a perfect spot to either head off up the spey for a walk, cycling, skiing or in to town. The garden is fully enclosed so no worries with young kids or dogs and the swimming facilities which are 2 minutes away are great. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at woodview at the end of October. The house was lovely. It very warm and welcoming when we arrived, the bottle of wine and shortbread was a lovely touch. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed and more. The passes to Dalfaber were brilliant and the kids loved the pool. Excellent location for everything on Aviemore. Brilliant holiday. We will certainly come back

“Great do-friendly base for a healthy family outdoors holiday.”

The cottage is ideally located about 10 seconds from the Dalfaber 9 hole golf course, 2 mins walk from Dalfaber Country Club and 15 mins walk to the village centre. It is really cosy, with 3 good sized bedrooms. There is also a garden with car port to store bikes etc without getting wet. The cottage is dog-friendly, which is ideal because there is plenty of leoely walks close-by.

“Great facilities”

Very comfortable house in a quiet cul de sac a 10 minute walk into town and even less into open country. Membership of the Dalfaber club a bonus which my 19 and 21 year old used. We took 2 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs but needn't have bothered as bikes were good quality as were the golf clubs. I particularly liked the covered area outside the back door. It was a good place to sit with a cup of tea or glass of wine whatever the weather. Laura gave us some good tips on places to eat - we enjoyed the old bridge. I'd recommend this place to anyone particularly those with younger children. For golf I'd recommend Newtonmore , not as good but much quieter than boat of garten, for walks Nethybridge, for rides, the back roads out to Grantown and back via Carrbridge, or ride up to drumochter summit and coast back.

“Great location holiday home”

House was so well equipped, basically everything you need is provided. The location is fab, great for dogs with walks right on the doorstep. We also used the swimming pass and the good quality bikes provided. We will definitely be booking this lovely holiday home again. Thank you. One little thing to mention which is no fault to the owner, but the couch in the conservatory was damp, the only thing we could think of was that somebody had taken it outside and left it there when it rained?

The house was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. A beautiful peaceful location only minutes from the village and many lovely walks and lochs to go to only a short drive away. Would definitely go back again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
