Private Villa located on the outskirts of Dalaman town in Serefler which is a charming area of natural beauty and is located between the sea and the mountains.

Villa Wason is only 10k from Dalaman Airport, 7k from Dalaman Beach, 12k from the beautiful Sarsala beach in Dalaman & 12k from Sarigerme beach.

Private and quiet area, this is not a tourist destination so you will not have loads of people walking by the villa.

We want to make your stay stress free and fun, you will have everything you need and more!

We can arrange airport transfers for 60YTL (Around £15) each way

You will be met by our property representative on arrival and he or she will give you the keys to the premises.

There is an additional charge of £2 per day per unit for the usage of aircon. Which will be collected by a member of staff from Metro Estate where Deniz our property manager is located.

And £5 (15TL) for the use of WIFI which you will need to go to Captain Net

to pay and have it switched on.

We can arrange for a basic starter pack to be at the villa for when you arrive, please let us know what you would like and we can arrange this for you. This is to be paid to Deniz when you arrive in Dalaman.

A booking deposit of £100 per week stay (non-refundable) will be required to secure your dates. The remaining balance of the rental is payable no less than 8 weeks of the start of the rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required to cover those events laid out in our terms and conditions and, where none of those events apply, will be refunded aprrox.1 week after departure. We reserve the right to regard the booking as cancelled if both or either of the balance and/or damage deposits remain unpaid after the due date, and shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid. We have the right to charge you for any damage exceeding the damage deposit and require full payment within 10 days of receipt of invoice.For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, immediate payment of the full rental cost and the refundable damage deposit is required. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account.

Pool maintenance, garden maintenance is provided by Ali. There is parking for two cars within the villa grounds. Dalaman has a array of shops where you will find everything you need. Check out the market which is on Thursdays where you will find all types of food, clothes, shoes and much more.

This is our fourth stay at villa Wason. This summer 2014, we spent a fabulous 3 weeks at this villa, which has everything you could possibly need for an excellent holiday. The property and facilities are of an exceptionally high standard. The management team were very friendly and helpful. The villa is very large and nicely kept. Air conditioner in all bedrooms. All rooms are large and nice. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully supplied with all you need to cook and prepare. A very nice sized pool area, there is even a small kids’ pool. The local residents were extremely warm and welcoming, whereby we would often be given gifts of different fresh fruits such as figs and watermelon and even the local Pine Honey. Dalaman town centre is just 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. The location is ideal for exploring this particular region of Turkey with beaches, towns, resorts, markets and..... Dele and Tracy the owners are very nice people and good communicators. They were great with any concerns we had. We can highly recommend the villa to couples or families that like to get away, enjoy an authentic foreign experience. We have already booked the villa for the next summer "2015".
