This highly recommended spacious villa is luxurious, cool and elegant, featuring stone, marble and ceramics throughout the three floors. The location is spectacular with tranquil views and striking evening sunsets from all the windows and the three terraces which are suitable for al fresco dining. It is a five minute walk from the villa to the lakeside where there is sailing, canoeing and boat trips and a five minutes walk to the delightful "Waterfall" restaurant for fine dining in the fresh mountain air at tables built on tree platforms. Doorstep facilities also include horse riding, childrens' farm, outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and sauna. The villa complex is surrounded by beautiful mountains with fantastic local walking and hiking amid natural pine forests and olive groves. Long hot summers and mild winters enables year round holidaying at this quiet secluded holiday complex.
The nearest town (Dalaman) is just 20 minutes by car and the nearest beaches with several kilometres of unspoiled Mediterranean sands are just 30 minutes away. The stunning local area known as the "Turkish Riviera" and "Turquoise Coast" is richly endowed with many exciting, delightful tourist attractions, delicious local cuisine at exceptionally good prices and attractive shopping at the colourful bazaars and local shops.

This villa was built in 2006 by Curbanoglu, a local company whose philosophy was "to create holiday homes for peace, good health and happiness". The stunning location consists of a complex of 36 villas sharing two outdoor swimming pools (unheated, therefore pools not in use Nov-March) with sun beds and tended gardens. With outdoor lighting after sunset and with doorstep access to the beautiful surrounding wooded walks and hills, there is no need to leave the complex throughout the whole holiday if rest and relaxation in a fabulous climate is what is needed. Suitable for families, couples or groups. If you prefer a more active holiday it will be necessary to hire a car.

During your stay, the property management team are available to help provide any support you may need. They will meet you at the airport and take you to your villa. they will also provide a meet and greet usually on first day of holiday with English speaking staff to advise on area and utilities.
There is an information pack on arrival with plenty advice on things to do and see as well as practical advice and emergency contacts for peace of mind.
There are several good quality organised tours to exotic locations like the healing waters of Pamukkale, or the Lycian tombs, giant turtles hospital, mud baths or authentic Turkish steam baths.
Families are warmly welcome, and the villa has facilities for babies, however, there ARE unfenced garden walls and stone steps around the shared complex area AND an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) near the back door, which is unsupervised. Young children and toddlers who have not yet learned safety awareness therefore require appropriate close adult supervision.
The Turkish Aegean Coast region
The Turquoise Coast, situated in South West Turkey is named after the beautiful colouring in the lakes, rivers and sea due to the limestone rock and also the abundant plantation which grows right down into the water. This fascinating area is attractive to tourists because of the fabulous climate, spectacular scenery and rich ancient history.
The warm welcoming Turkish people enjoy having visitors from abroad and are friendly and courteous with tourists. It is normal to be offered tea when browsing in the shops and markets and to be treated like an honoured guest when invited into local homes.
If you are feeling energetic it is easy to fill your holiday itinerary with something different every day. Locally it is fascinating to see the ancient Lycian tombs at nearby Dalyan, go on a river cruise to see the protected giant turtles, and stop off at the thermal mud baths for some beauty treatment. Gocek is a delightful local marina town frequented by the rich and famous, where you can book daily 12-Island yacht trips at very reasonable prices.
Ancient archaeological sites of Roman ruins, deserted ghost villages and huge Greek amphitheatre are a must for the cultured tourist. For bird watching go to Koycegiz Lake and for Thermal Spas, to Sultaniye. An organized 3 hour day trip to Bodrum is worth the effort with many other spectacular day trips including Pummakkale for the healing waters and Olympos for the atmospheric perpetual mountain fires. Available locally are hiking, swimming, snorkelling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing, fishing, diving, river rafting and paragliding!

"Magical holiday in a fantastic setting"
Our second visit to this superb villa. Spacious, clean, well appointed with stunning sunset views. Great facilities close to hand (pool, restaurant, surrounding countryside) but really recommend the reasonable car hire available through the local villa management team if you really want to get the best out of your stay. So many fabulous beaches, magical excursions, stunning historical sites and great scenery all within easy driving distances. We will be back!

"Beautiful mountain time"
The whole place is built beside a lake in some low mountains completely apart from any kind of neon jet-setter noise and later in the year like september/october/november the heat is milder than midsummer and pomegranates are ripe. The villa itself is tiled and full of rugs and big windows and aircon will keep it cool and fesh if the sun is killing you but it can be switched to heat if the night gets colder. The restaurant is a walk away in the daylight or a slightly longer walk with a torch in the dark. The food is all grand, with enough authentic Turkish options to keep the curious happy and enough old favourites like steak and chips and beer for everyone else. The restaurant staff will be very happy to start having a party with you as well (so be careful). The town of Dalaman is close by car or a very long walk (not recommended because of the heat). There are many car rental services from Dalaman (information of which is in the villa) or if you don't drive you can persuade the office or restaurant staff to give you lifts. Dalaman is a little town where it's impossible to get lost. On thursdays the market is open where fruits, vegetables, sweets, herbs galore are piled. The same market travels to nearby towns. There is a list of the market days and towns in the villa. Also close is the sea which is clean and blue for swimming, sunbathing, and going on boat tours. The boat tours take you round a few nearby islands and anchor where you can swim in deep water or if that's too scary you can go closer to the shore and visit colourful fish shoals. If that's too scary you can stay on the boat and have a cocktail. It's good whatever you do. So go, stay, enjoy.

"welcome to paradise"
A totally stunning place to stay, surrounded by mountains on 3 sides and a view of the lovely lake on the other side, villa was totally home from home, everything you could possibly need,a car is a must as beaches are a 30 minute drive away, but given the stunning location of the villa it is a small price to pay,so much to see and do,found Turkish people to be warm and friendly, also change money from gbp to lira when you arrive as you get better exchange rate.
