The Annex at Is-y-Coed is two bedroom self-catered accommodation suitable for up to four guests. Its quiet rural location is close to the town of Llanfair Caereinion, just under a mile away.

Accommodation consists of a double and a twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There’s parking, wi-fi, and well-behaved pets are welcome.

Additional services include electric vehicle charging and the use of our laundry room. An additional cost will be charged for these.

We welcome guests who have mobility and other restrictions of course, but the design of the building (it was part of a farm) makes wheelchair access very difficult.

    How do damage deposits work?
