Description

Nestled in the heart of Glenariffe Forest valley, the village of Waterfoot is overlooked by the spectacular mountain peak of Lurigethan. This 3 bedroom beach house is located in the heart of the village, and is less than a one minute walk from the beach, and from local village pubs and shops. It is a great location for exploring the Glens Of Antrim, with stunning waterfalls and forest parks close by. Even getting to and from the house is pleasure in itself as the house is located on the exhilarating and scenic Antrim Coast Road, part of the Causeway Coastal Route, widely regarded as the most scenic drive on the island of Ireland! Visitors can continue to drive along the Causeway Coastal Route to many famous attractions, including The Giant's Causeway, Ballintoy Harbour, The Dark Hedges (as seen in Game of Thrones), Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, and Bushmills Distillery.

Waterfoot Beach House has a large, enclosed garden, with space to park a car or several motorbikes securely. The garden is walled and private, and also has a BBQ space, perfect for relaxing outside in the evening. All our guests will have free access to internet/wifi, a selection of board games, children's and adult books, and TV/DVDs.

Waterfoot Beach House is a perfect pitstop for a variety of people, including keen cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists, driving enthusiasts, or a couple/family looking to escape from reality to this amazing part of the world!

“An absolute pleasure”

We stayed here for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the Causeway coast. We had a very comfortable and cosy stay, beach right out back, shop and pub a few doors up. It's very spacious, plenty of room for a family of 5, the heating system, dishwasher and washing machine were godsends and the care package on arrival was a lovely touch, communicating with the owners was a pleasure and we didn't want to come home. We will definitely visit again. X

Beautiful .... Stayed at the Beach House for a family wedding at the Kilmore hotel We found the house to be very comfortable very spacious and clean. I would deffinantly return only to stay there longer to visit the beautiful beach which is only a stroll away.

Fab house which was spotlessly clean. Plenty of kitchen ware, bed linen, towels & board games, everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Excellent secure back yard for those with young children. Side gate leads out to pathway & a short walk to Waterfoot beach which is truly stunning. We are a family of 6 and would highly recommend a stay here to explore the beautiful North Coast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
