Welcome to Dream Beach, Cumbuco, Brazil

In a nationwide competition in 2007, more than 500 development projects from 20 countries reviewed. Our plant, Cumbuco Dream Beach, won 1. price. No other Norwegian projects were all nominated. This should imply that the standard of the plant is high and that the location is spectacular.

Dream Beach is located about 500 meters outside the centre of Cumbuco. In Cumbuco you can find several good restaurants and several small shops you can do everyday shopping in. You find basically everything you need to have a nice holiday.

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with a tiled bathroom. It is a shower in each bedroom, making the apartment suitable for several couples / families. Air-condition in each bedroom.

Cumbuco is probably the best place in the world for kiteing. Constantly onshore wind. Temperatures of 27-30 degrees Celcius all year around.

Prior to arrival, one can deal with the landlord of a welcome pack, so there is food and drink in the apartments upon arrival.

CEO is a Brazilian, his name is Arlindo Moraies lives nearby Cumbuco. He can help you with pretty much everything.

Electricity is the consumption-based charge, and has to be paid to the representative on site before departure.

Gas, and cleaning once a week, is paid by the owner

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday. Dishwasher is of course installed. The living room contains a dining table for 8, large patios with seating for at least 8. Sun beds and hammocks are of course present. One has a view of one of the world's finest beaches from the patios.

Apartment A-101 is located closest to the beach, just 4 meters away. There are terraces on both sides of the apartments. Fantastic views from the terraces. Parking for 2 cars made available. The complex has staffing around the clock. There is a large pool of 25 meters, plus 6 other smaller pool suitable for children. There are a lot of outdoor space at the facility.

Getting around

Using a taxi is rather cheap in Brazil. Or there are several car rental companies at the airport, in Fortaleza or Cumbuco. I can arrange so you will be picked up at the airport. There are several bus routes in the area, to Caucaia or Fortaleza.

Interaction with guest

When you rent the apartment the keys will be handed over to you from the guard, when you enter the condominium. At any time you can ask me questions, any problems I am always available by email or phone. I speak a little portuguese as well. Arlindo, the manager of my apartment is always available on the spot. He takes care of everything. If you want me to have something in the fridge before the arrival, just let me know.

Dream Beach is called Dream Beach for a reason. This place is absolutely wonderful! The area is beautiful and very well kept. The apartment is facing the beach and by that must have the nicest location of all the 24 Dream Beach apartments. Absolutely wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves right outside the window. The apartment has everything you need installed, has nice, big rooms (all with their own bathroom and shower) and nice furnitures both inside and outside. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need to cook and serve a good dinner. This is a perfect place for groups or/and families, and also for couples or people traveling by themselves. A very relaxing area! And even though it's very close to "Cumbuco Centro", it still feels like you have your own beach outside the gate. Fantastic days spent laying in the sun here, swimming in the pool offered, and just enjoying the view of kitesurfers out on the waves. This was my second time staying in Dream Beach, but definitely not my last. I LOVE this place!!! Great place and great owners!

Really nice holiday just next to the beach. Close to city center of Cumbuco but with no noise from music and bars. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and safe! There is a nice pool and beautiful palm trees.

The location of the apartment is amazing! Right on the beach. The apartment contains everything you need, and is in exelent shape. There are a swimmingpool right outside. The beach are grate but not very childfrendly because of the heavy waves. Be carefull!! The small village have lots of different restaurants, and the locals very friendly.

We were 6 friends visiting this appartment without too many expectations. We had seen the pictures, and they were very nice, but we've been fooled by pictures before. When we arrived we were absolutely blown away. This is a complex build with heart; big rooms, big garden, flowers, palms, gartners, swimming pool, and of course the beach just one step outside the door. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need for cooking and making food. There are three big bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The livingroom has a couch and a dinner table for about eight people. It’s a relatively quite complex, so its a perfect place for families and a group of friends (but not a place for crazy partying). The managers of the complex are a Norwegian couple, and very helpful! The “town” is only a five minute walk from the apartment. There you can find groceryshops, restaurants, shops and a few bars.

If Terje (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
