“Amazing place”

Reviewed 16 Aug 2015

We spent a very special holiday at Cumbre del Sol. Tony appartment are nice and clean with spectacular view over Mediterana Sea . If you worry regarding how fast you find the appartment , don't be , will receive exact information that drive you direct to appartment. Beach and shops are close , nice restaurant are in Moraira. Over all Tony appartment cover all our need , hope to come back soon. All the best Tony!

Owner's reply: Hello, and thank you for your kind feedback. Yes, the views continue to take our breath away even after several years of holidaying there ourselves. The whole area is just lovely, and all our guests report having a relaxing stay and yet all the normal family-fun activities are right on your door-step, too. Do come back and stay with us again, either at Cumbre del Sol or further down the coast on our wonderful 5-star golfing resort location - properties 68007 or 68008

“Beautiful views, great family holiday”

Reviewed 6 Oct 2014

We stayed at this apartment in August for 11 nights. Tony was really helpful prior to arrival, providing information on the local area. The views are amazing and the infinity pools are fab, our girls loved spending time in them. The apartment is up several steep hills, a hire car is definitely needed, preferably one with some power in it!! We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment and the area to anyone.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind review and feedback. Everyone compliments us on the views and location - which are pretty much the main reasons why we purchased the apartment, and why such a relatively high proportion of owners actually live there as either their second home, or even as their primary home. This also makes for a more pleasant stay for guests as there isn't that typical 'resort' feel about it. With all the excitement of the nearby beaches, nightlife, great restaurants, and themed resorts it is always good to return at night to the relative calm of a mountainside apartment. It really is the best of both worlds. Yes, the pools always attract fantastic feedback, and being situated right into the mountainside add a dimension that always takes your breath away. Yes, a car is definitely advised for a mountainside apartment, and ours is no exception! Do come back and holiday with us again!

“Amazing Views - Very Clean & Superb Pools”

Reviewed 16 Jul 2014

Arrived at the villa and found the view absolutely amazing. Suzana was very helpful in pointing out where local supermarkets etc were and left an area map which we used daily. Visited the pool on several occasions and found it to be nice and quiet and very clean. The sun loungers at the pool were also very comfortable. Glad we hired a car tho because it would have been a lot of steep hill walking to get back from anywhere nearby. Visited Moraira on several occasions, Javea and Denia and also checked out local golf courses. We liked Javea beach and beachfront the best, but found lots of lovely restaurants in Moraira. Would definitely recommend this villa to people of any age with kids or without, although there are several steps to the pool which some might find challenging. Would definitely consider using the villa again if we returned to the area.

Owner's reply: Thank you for you kind words. Yes, the views are stunning and virtually unrepeatable in Spain or anywhere else. Suzana is our best property manager by far, and works tremendously hard to ensure the apartment is as the day we bought it, and has never let us down; she is such an important component of the perfect holiday. We are glad you enjoyed the infinity pools. They are quite simply breathtaking, and being perched on the side of the mountain with a sheer pool edge and uninterrupted view down to the sea have to be experienced. Yes, to all guests, please make sure you rent a car - it is a mountainside location and whilst most amenities are nearby, walking is not for the faint-hearted! There is plenty of parking just outside the apartment. The restaurants in Moraira are simply excellent and we ourselves always make a point of dinning in at least one or two that are truly old traditional Spanish restaurants and utterly authentic. During the day, (or early evening), Javea, (Arenal area), is such a good place to spend some time at the beach, walking along the promenade, and sampling the excellent restaurants and champagne bars. Do come back again, and thank you for holidaying with us.

“Peace and Quiet”

Reviewed 15 Jul 2013

A really good quality apartment that was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money, the views were spectacular and it was a pleasure to stay there. We found it easy to find our way around and the roads were not to busy. I found Tony the owner a pleasure to deal with and he kept in regular contact, between us booking, and the holiday. I would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment as we had a really relaxing enjoyable holiday.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your kind comments, and, yes, we do endeavour to maintain all our three apartments in spotless condition and we always aim at ensuring great value for money. That is one of the reasons so many of our guests holiday with us over and over again. My wife and I were delighted that you found the location relaxing and know how important that was to you when selecting this particular holiday. Being a predominantly residential mountainside location, all our guests comment on the views and how relaxing and peaceful it all is, avoiding many of the all too often pitfalls of apart-hotels and 'resorts'. Having said that, no doubt you discovered the wonderful harbour village of Moraira, the olive groves around Benitachell, and the lively beach and promenade area at Javea. We do like to keep lots of contact with guests in the run-up to their holiday, making sure you have complete peace of mind, and then with our local concierge on hand throughout your holiday making sure everything runs smoothly. All the best, and do come again!

We had such a relaxing time here. The views are as seen in the pictures. The swimming pool is up the street and a few stairs, however it is worth a visit just for the views....Spectacular. The pool is not heated and was to cold to swim in. The town is a 5-10 min drive away, lovely and relaxing with great restaurants. This place is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing quiet holiday. A car is required. Benidorm is 30 min drive. Alicante and Valencia are an hr away for anyone wanting to visit other locations.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, as part of a special final build of just two luxury blocks, the apartment enjoys particularly stunning views, and everyone comments on both that and the breathtaking views from the award-winning two-tier infinity pool. It's nice to be in a non-resort location for the relaxation yet having all the major family-fun facilities and beaches right on your doorstep, too. Do come and stay with us again.

“Excellent holiday - would recommend it anytime”

Reviewed 18 Jun 2013

We had a great time starting with the welcome from Suzana, the manager. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we could need, including parasols and cushions for the chairs on the terrace. Beautiful view, stunning sunrise (yes, we did manage to see one very early in the morning!), lovely flowers in the surrounding areas and quiet roads for walking around in. Parking was good and not too many steps to climb up & down. The supermarkets were easy to find and good value, the staff at the local Tourist Information Office very helpful. Very restful week for the 4 of us.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind words. You touch on many of the reasons why my wife and I also holiday in our own apartment; it is just so relaxing and a pleasure to stay at Pueblo Panorama. We are so blessed with Suzana on hand to make sure everything about your holiday runs smoothly. She is our best property manager by far and always maintains the apartment in immaculate condition. When selecting our small portfolio of rental properties we searched high and low over this region and as soon as we stepped onto the terrace and took in those breathtaking views, we turned to the agent and said "we'll take it". My wife is seriously thinking of retiring to this property as it simply has everything you could want; from gourmet restaurants to the family fun of nearby Benidorm, from fabulous walks and olive grove countryside to champagne bars and cafes on wonderful beaches, from golf courses to historical towns and picturesque villages. Above all, the apartment and the whole area just feel 'right', and isn't overdeveloped like some areas. Do come and stay with us again sometime.

“Absolutely heaven two weeks of peace and quiet”

Reviewed 11 May 2013

We just wanted to get away from it all and the owners promised that we would. We had no problem finding the apartment which had outstanding views especially of Ibiza and Formentara. We spent a lot of time watching the world go by and to look down on the clouds was amazing. The climb up to our accommodation afforded us outstanding views also. The apartment was well appointed we had everything we could want. We were well placed for all the little towns each one had something special. We were very sad to leave but came away so relaxed we were horizontal.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind review. My wife and I were just delighted to help you put together a flexible holiday plan so you could both relax and recuperate. Yes, the views are beyond stunning, and we are so pleased you had the opportunity of exploring some of the wonderful little towns and villages - each with their own particular fascination. We do go to a lot of trouble to maintain the apartment in perfect condition with everything you could reasonably need, and I will pass on your compliments to our local concierge. Do come back next year as many of our guests do.
