Description

The villa is fully equipped with everything from an English teapot to a wine cooler. It is fully air-conditioned in all the rooms and has spacious indoor and outdoor living space, and sleeps 6 (plus babies) in three bedrooms on the same level as the living rooms. Living and sleeping space for two more people is provided in a downstairs apartment if needed - see 'JACQUITA' below.

On the large sunny terrace we have a private pool, a stone BBQ and also a Weber kettle BBQ. The shady naya porch is fitted with a remote control sun awning and has outside dining facilities. There is a small pretty garden for those wanting some peace and shade, and a private car parking area.

There are 8 loungers provided round the pool and pool toys for the young and restless of this world!

The living accommodation is all on one level in the main villa for easy access for those with minor mobility problems.

A car is essential for access to this villa.

NEED TO ACCOMMODATE 2 MORE ?

Apartment 'JACQUITA' - the downstairs of the villa has a small fully equipped, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment. This provides: a bedroom for 2 more guests (either twin beds or a double), a large lounge area with kitchenette unit, small dining table & two chairs and settee, TV, DVD player and comfortable seating, there is also a shower room, with basin, toilet a second washing machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment is offered at £175.00 extra per week for full use in mid & main seasons. (The apartment is not rented separately, so no-one else will be there during your stay).

This area is ideal for big families who need extra space, couples who require a little privacy from the main party or teenagers who would like an area to call their own. If you do not require the use of the apartment, it will remain locked and empty during your stay. We are grandparents so we like to use the apartment and have quiet time when our adult children and grandchildren stay!

(Please contact the owner to discuss terms for other times of year). The apartment acts as an overflow for the main villa and cannot be rented out separately.

This year, we have created a separate room for the full size table tennis table which is provided for your enjoyment - bats and balls provided.

Getting around

A car is essential for this villa as you will be situated on the top of the headland, but it only takes ten to twelve minutes to drive into Moraira or Javea. At Teulada you can catch the local very modern train and for just a couple of euros catch a ride to various destinations up and down the coast. The train service has been suspended for improvement works, but is due to re-open in 2019.

Interaction with guest

If you live in the UK, your keys will be posted to you two weeks before your holiday, and if you are arriving late at night, we can arrange to have the outside lights left on for you. A generous welcome pack is included in the price. If you do not live in the UK, you will be given instructions where to find the keys, and our managers only live a short distance away and will be able to come and help you should you encounter any difficulties. Prior to your arrival and to conform to our Tourist Registration, we will ask for passport or Spanish ID details for all guests over age 16 (like hotels do). All details are retained confidentially as required for data protection.

House rules

Please note that the downstairs apartment is accessed by external stairs to the side of the villa, and should not be used by young children on their own.

There is no local rubbish collection system, so you must take all rubbish to the recycling points. This is especially important at the end of your stay - please empty the fridge & freezer, and dispose of all rubbish. If our manager needs to remove your rubbish, there will be a €30/£30 deduction from your deposit. Thanks.

The best equipped Villa I've ever rented. Beautiful terraced area with private pool. Lots of sunbeds, drinks tables, parasols etc. Compact and clean and tastefullly decorated inside.

“Wonderful holiday accommodation”

Case Jacaranda provided absolutely everything as promised by its listing. It was scrupulously clean and we felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we arrived. It is bright, welcoming and all on one level with a lovely terrace and pool. Nancy and her managers have thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need plus a generous welcome pack. A car is essential as the main towns are a few minutes drive away but have lots of bars and restaurants to cater for all. There are great beaches within half an hours drive too, sandy and stony but all very pleasant and accessible. With only a week to enjoy the villa we did very little other than swim, sunbathe and eat out. One thing not to be missed is sunset at the very top of Cumbre Del Sol; the views are stunning and you can see for miles in many directions, truly amazing. Communication with Nancy was so easy right from our first enquiry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to future guests.

“A beautiful relaxing villa, with everything you could need”

Just got back from a lovely holiday in Cumbre del Sol. We chose this villa because Nancy that owns it was so friendly when we enquired. The villa is comepletely well stocked with everything that you could need for a holiday and the views were amazing. Whats more the beds were so comfortable. Thankyou for a great vacation.

Everybody in my group was impressed with the amenities within the villa and the idylic location with fantastic views. Watching the sun set over the mountains was spectacular. Swimming pool and surroundings clean and very well maintained. Also a good bbq. Near enough to town for a meal out in the evenings but offering peace and tranquility during the day.

“Great Holiday Spot”

A big thank you to Nancy for providing a wonderful property for our family vacation. The house is everything as advertised and is extremely well equipped with appliances, WIFI, satellite TV, and computer. The separate apartment downstairs (complete with table tennis table) was great, allowing the kids to have a bit of extra space in the evenings. The kitchen in the house has everything one would need, although for much of our time we spent cooking outdoors on the terrace BBQ enjoying the great views and the swimming pool. How do damage deposits work?
