The villa is situated on the mountain of Cumbre del Sol and the views over sea and mountains are splendid - Infact on a clear day you can see the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. The upper level of the villa has the main kitchen, large lounge and two dining areas (sunny or shady). There are two balconies one with 120 degree sea view and the other with mountain views.

The lounge has comfortable seating, with Satellite TV (some English channels), free wi-fi, DVD player and stereo.

The two dining areas can seat 9 people comfortably - both enjoy the fabulous sea views.

Downstairs has master bedroom with kingsize bed - with direct access to pool terrace and next to a large family bathroom.

A childrens bedroom with three single beds sleeps up to three children.

There is a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC.

Another twin or double bedroom with access to shower room/WC and access to pool.

In total 8 to 9 people can share comfortably.

The outside of the villa has small 6x3 kidney pool with an outside kitchen with fridge, sink and preparation area and a large gas BBQ. On this level is a door leading to the downstairs shower and toilet (shared by the twin/double room).

The overall area of Los Olivos is mainly quiet as not many villas are let to other holiday makers.

There is also a larger municipal pool for Los Olivos residents and guests only which is only 200metres from the property.

This villa is idea for large families or two families sharing. The interior is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. There is plenty of areas for both adults and children to relax in or out of the sun.
We have now added free wi-fi between June and October. Other months a small charge will be made.

The villa is only 7mins drive to large supermarket (Mercadona) in Moraira - including an ALDI, Chinese bazaar, hairdressers, cafe bars etc. There is also a local shopping (Lirios Centre) area with supermarket, cafe bars and restaurants. Only a short drive away (2.2km) is the local rocky cove beach of Cumbre del Sol, mainly pebbles - with naturist bathing on the far side. This cove enjoys good waves and there are often surfers and kayak riders enjoying the surf.
The two beaches at Moraira (5km) are both sandy with plenty of water sports available.

The house was completely stunning! We stayed for one week and every room was full equipped. The owners were really kind. The only negative point is the need of car for everything. No public transportation is available in that area and nothing is close (supermarket, beach...). In this situation, the swimingpool was very important, and it did it very well. If the use of car is not a problem, this place is for you!

We had a 4 weeks stay in Cumbre del Sol at Los Olivos. 2 families with 3 kids all together. It was a great experience both of the place and the villa. There is a spacious house for 2 families. It was very clean and any questions or issues popped up over a stay were resolved within a very short notice by Mary so we did not have a single problem. The house is very well maintained and equipped with everything needed for comfortable stay. The villa is situated outskirt of Moraira and to get to the shop or beach you will surely need a car. There are 2 beaches within 5-10 min drive - sandy and rocky. I would definitely recommend the sandy beach El Portet closer to Moraira. Cumbre is a very quite place especially in mid of July and due to the villa's location of 100m above the sea the climate is very mild and it was quite comfortable to stay. During the day the temperature is about 30 in July and during the night is about 24 and due to the wind from the sea it was ok to sleep without air-conditions. I would definitely recommend this place.
