The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. This two-story apartment features two deluxe double bedrooms with an option to be prepared as a twin room and a living room with dining facilities and a fully furnished kitchen.

Bedroom one is a spacious double bedroom equipped with a double bed (convertible to a twin type on request), with wardrobes and bedside table. The bed is dressed as seen in the photos with hotel quality linen and towels neatly folded for your use at the end of the bed.

The second bedroom is a deluxe double room (convertible to a twin type on request) with en suite WC and Shower. This room also is dressed as seen in the photos with hotel quality linen and towels folded neatly at the end of the bed.

Your private living room is a large bright space perfect for relaxing in. There is a flatscreen LED TV, sofa which converts into a double sofa bed and dining facilities. Everything has been finished to a superior standard to ensure that you relax and enjoy your time with us to the full.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self cater during your stay. You will have access to an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We have also provided a washer in the kitchen in case you need to wash any clothes during your time.

Your bathroom features a stunning slate theme, with a bath and shower, large mirror over the sink and a W/C. There is plenty of space here for getting ready in the mornings or preparing for a night in the town.

Your apartment is situated in the centre of the Croydon area. The shopping centre with various shops, restaurants and coffees is located just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

You can visit the Museum of Croydon or a Park Hill Park in your free time, both about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The closest train station is an East Croydon station, within 5-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can catch a direct train to the London City Center every half an hour and the journey takes about 30 minutes. London Gatwick Airport accessible by direct train from this station takes about 20 minutes.
