Summer Breeze holiday home is a modern, semi-detached bungalow located in a private road close to Croyde beach. The quiet cul-de-sac location is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has two good-sized bedrooms, a spacious lounge/diner and the bathroom is newly refurbished with a power shower over bath. The modern kitchen offers plenty of workspace, a full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The kitchen leads out to the private enclosed garden with a patio area that is the perfect suntrap for an al fresco meal. There is shaded, area of decking and mature evergreen shrubs giving the space a tropical feel. There is also a built-in, brick BBQ, outside shower (ideal for a post beach rinse-off) and a retractable clothes line.

The centre of Croyde village with the ever popular welcoming pubs, restaurants and shops is a pleasant 10 minute walk from your front door. There is off-road parking and the property has central heating ensuring a warm, comfortable stay at any time of the year.

With a king size double bed and two single beds, Summer Breeze sleeps four comfortably and a travel cot and high chair can be provided (on request) to accommodate a little one.

Wi-fi is fast and unlimited. Widescreen LED TV in lounge with Freeview channels. HDMI to connect laptops to TV. Second TV in double bedroom.

We just spent a marvellous week at Croyde Bay. Our accommodation was sparkly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Short walk from the beach and town but still private and quiet when you need a rest from the day's activities. I would recommend this without any hesitation. We all had an amazing holiday at summer breeze bungalow in Croyde Bay. The bungalow was very comfortable for us all and was in a quite location just a short walk to the beach and village centre. It was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived. Just want to say thanks to Darren for his kind hospitality and thanks for bottle of wine and chocolates. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Darren (the owner) a message.

If Darren (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
