CROYDE NAUWAI OVERVIEW
CROYDE NAUWAI is a light and airy 2-bedroom bungalow situated in the best part of Croyde, just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and a stone's throw from the vibrant village centre. Croyde is one of Devon's most popular surf spots, and just a few miles down the road are the golden sandy beaches of Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe. The property is beautifully presented with pine effect flooring in the living room, kitchen and entrance hall. Bright and modern decorations run throughout and it is tastefully furnished in a contemporary yet comfortable style. NAUWAI is bright and spacious, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, with a private garden, private parking for 2 cars and inclusive WiFi internet access. This pet-friendly holiday home is ideal for families and friends or for a weekend getaway.
The entrance hall is welcoming , giving the property an bright summery feel. To the left hand side is the spacious, comfortable lounge, which has two large sofas, plenty of soft cushions and a reclaimed pine coffee table. A brick-faced open fire with large natural wooden mantel is ideal for cooler summer evenings or cosy winter nights. Wood is not supplied (so make sure you collect some on the way) Entertainment includes a TV, Digibox, DVD and CD player and the bookshelf has an intriguing selection of books. WiFi internet access is included.
KITCHEN & UTILITY ROOM
The sunny kitchen overlooks the pretty garden and is fully equipped for those who want to cook or BBQ. Modern cream with a dishwasher, integrated thermo-fan oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as essential kitchen utensils. A pine dining table and chairs provide a useful dining area. Outside is an additional utility room with tumble drier, washing machine, large freezer and space to store surfboards and other items. Here we have an additional WC and basin.
NAUWAI has 2 fresh, modern bedrooms, sleeping 4 people. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, is painted a bright blue and contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, reading lamps and a radio alarm clock. Bedroom two is painted a sunny yellow colour, with twin beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The family bathroom has turquoise walls, a modern white suite, with a ceiling mounted shower over a large corner bath, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
A door from the kitchen leads to a lovely well kept lawn, large enough to have a game of footie or to relax in the sunshine on the table and chair provided. An outdoor shower is great for washing sandy feet after a day at the beach, or rinsing out wetsuits.There is off-street parking for 2 cars.

DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses.
