LIVING AREAS

Brick paved driveway leads to steps up to a wooden entrance door leading into the entrance hallway with stairs leading to first floor. From the hall there are also doors to the cloakroom, sitting room, dining room and kitchen.

Lounge: From the entrance hall is a door into the lounge. The contemporary lounge is a large comfortable room for the entire family to enjoy. A bright and sunny attractive triple aspect room with an open fireplace, tiled surround and wooden mantle. The lounge if very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating including 1 cream leather sofa, and 1 white leather sofa (1 x 3-seater & 1 x 2-seater), a cream leather tub chair, wicker chaise lounge with fabric seat cushion and large faux leather bean bag and faux leather bean bag lounger. For your entertainment there is a Black Diamond TV with matching stand, Xenius DVD/CD/MP3 player, Full SKY package (with movies and sports) along with a selection of DVDs and VHS videos together with an assortment of games, books and children’s toys. Wireless internet access is available. Decorated in calming shades of sand and cream, enhanced the wooden flooring and deep windowsill to the square bay window with glazed off-white tiles with shell surround.

Dining Room: A delightful room with sliding patio doors provide ease of access to the rear of the property giving access to the paved terrace, the sun terrace and garden beyond. The Dining Room, located off the kitchen, a wooden dining table with granite inlays provides seating for 8, consisting of 6 wooden backed matching chairs and 2 high back wooden chairs with faux leather seats. A Technika CD/Radio with 2 speakers is also provided in this room as a nice touch.

KITCHEN

Located next to the dining room is a very well equipped kitchen fitted with a range of base and matching wall units with ample work surfaces and inset single bowl stainless steel unit. The kitchen has a large window overlooking the garden creating a sun filled delight, the fitted cottage style units, with wooden flooring and cream painted cupboards give a homely feel to this country cottage kitchen. The facilities include a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, cafetiere to a sandwich toaster and all the cutlery and utensils one would need.

BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom (south). This is a fabulous large room with picture window offering a beautiful outlook over the village to Down End hillside with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.This bedroom contains a metal king size bed, 2 wooden bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, a wooden dressing table and a wooden chest of five drawers.

Bedroom 2 (west and south). Bunk bed room enjoying a westerly view from the square bay window over the dunes to the sea, and out towards Down End. Comprising of bedside unit with drawer, bedside lamp, a small wooden desk and chair.

Bedroom 3 (east). Outlook over the fields to the rear and over the raised decked Sun Terrace. A double bedroom with wooden frame double bed, bedside cabinet with shelf and bedside lamp.A wooden legged blue and white dotted chair in the corner of the room is also thoughtfully provided.

Bedroom 4 (west). A twin bedroom with westerly outlook over the dunes to the sea. A wooden bedside cabinet with shelf is provided with 4 wicker basket unit, a wooden rocking chair, wooden children’s desk with door and a small wooden chair is also thoughtfully provided.

BATHROOMS

CROYDE OCEAN HOUSE has the luxury of a downstairs cloakroom, a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom all of which have impeccable furnishings and fittings.

Downstairs Cloakroom: Wash hand-basin with tiled splash back, WC, heated towel rail and wooden flooring.

Family bathroom: fitted with contemporary white suite comprising panelled bath with electric shower over and glazed shower screen. WC and large bowl vanity wash handbasin on vanity unit with deep sliding storage drawer.

Master en-suite: fitted with white suite comprising, WC, wash hand-basin, fully tiled shower cubicle with Mira electric shower and glazed sliding doors.

OUTDOORS

A side pedestrian gate leads to the rear of the property with graveled area and gate with steps leading to landscaped and paved terrace. Decked steps lead up to an attractive decked Sun Terrace overlooking the fields and with views towards Down End hill. The paved driveway facilitates off-road parking for 4 cars.
