From the owner

This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment comes fully furnished and equipped. A short distance from the airport. Newly built and has a lovely pool within the gated compound. In the middle of everything with walking distance to Store Bay and Pigeon Point beaches. Restaurants, bars, convenience shops, banks and ATMs just around the corner.

1 queen size bed in each bedroom and two full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen and living room with cable TV and WiFi. One change of bed linen and towels per week is included.

The location is really as central to Crown Point as possible. Right in the intersection between Milford Road and Pigeon Point Road. Just 20 steps from the new mall, Colosseum. In the mall there are several eating places and Rituals coffee, mini-mart, liquor shop and others. One floor up, several fashion shops. Across the street is Skewers restaurant and take-out. Great food!! Three steps more towards Pigeon Point you find Scoops with ice cream. ... Across the street you will find "Illusion" with music bar and quite a bit of dancing. Continue out toward Pigeon Point and you'll find "The Pasta Gallery". Fantastic pasta dishes combined with an art gallery!

If you walk in the other direction from Skewers (towards Store Bay) you will pass Chefs BBQ, the casino, Back Yard Café and Jade Monkey bar, restaurant and club. Continue a little bit more and you'll find "La Cantina". Great, gigantic Italian pizzas, baked in an authentic wood-fired oven!

Just a taste of what you'll find within 3 minutes walk. The rest of all the cool places is up to you to discover!!

Why can't I call Arne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arne (the owner) a message.

If Arne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
