Jerry's barn is a stunning recent Barn conversion situated within a traditional Norfolk farmyard setting,the open plan contemporary styled interior is a light and calming space furnished to a high spec.

The barn features a large mullioned window overlooking a meadow perfect for spotting wildlife,the farm is visited by a Barn owl regularly and recently we have Kestrels and Buzzards hunting over the fields.

The ground floor features open plan living at its best with Flat screen digital TV DVD. Wi-Fi ,Heating is provided by electric radiators (the stove is not in service ).

Kitchen with Stainless worktops ,Induction hob,fan oven ,Dishwasher,(NO MICROWAVE ) ,Fridge,Toaster,Dining table and chairs.

Spiral staircase leads large mezzanine master bedroom ,Kingsize bed and views across fields.

Ground floor doorway to single bedroom.

Wet room fully tiled with shower (not a power shower )Under floor heating ,heated towel rail and W.C. located on the ground floor.

Outside space Original Norfolk cart shed with pantile roof which opens onto a patio garden great sun trap ,perfect for alfresco dinning at any time, BBQ, small herb garden please use some!

All bed lined provided

Brilliant place! Set in countryside but only 12 minute drive to Cromer beach. Contemporary and quirky design, with spacious double bedroom set in the rafters and accessed via an attractive spiral staircase. Single bedroom downstairs. Well equipped kitchenette and large, modern bathroom with underfloor heating. Immaculately clean and fresh throughout. Fantastic covered area outside with lighting and BBQ. Jerry welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Jerry’s barn and will book again.

We had a lovely welcome from Jerry, the owner.The barn was warm and inviting. The barn was light and airy with comfortable furniture. The beds were perfect. The location was just right. We went out in a different direction each day.Lots of activities within a few miles. The local pub has good food at a good price and do a good stake night (Wed) The courtyard is ideal for chilling with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. We spent a lovely week there.

A really nice place to stay, very convenient for the North Norfolk coast. The shower was a little temperamental and there were a few cobwebs, especially in the main bedroom but overall it was a well presented place to stay on s very quiet road. The owners have spent time and effort in making this place a very comfortable home to stay in.

We spent four very relaxing nights at Jerry’s Barn and it had everything we could have wanted in terms of facilities and comfort. The barn conversion is beautiful and the interior was both stylish and cosy. Great location to visit Cromer, Blakeney and Wells Next the Sea with plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby. Jerry and Jane were excellent hosts and the welcome gift of chocolates, panatonne and wine were a very thoughtful touch.

Jerry’s barn proved to be a beautifully furnished and well-equipped barn conversion which is perfectly located for exploration of the north Norfolk region, including the coast. The property was clean and well maintained. Outside, is an enclosed courtyard garden which benefits from the evening sun- great for an early evening drink and bbqs. We had a thoroughly relaxing and stress-free week and would return without hesitation. Thank you to Jerry and Jane.

Jerry's Barn is a perfect retreat with lots of finishing touches, which we both appreciated. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine, biscuits, milk, teabags etc., and the barn itself if clean, comfortable, well situated and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing, but it was only a short drive to Cromer, Sherringham etc., Our dog Harry enjoyed the beautiful walks in the local area and his holiday in Aylsham! The wet room was excellent and the kitchen had everything you would need apart from a microwave and the upstairs bedroom was lovely. We look forward to returning in the future.

From the outside the barn looks stunning and inside is no different, the owner was helpful and friendly, the views that come with the home are fantastic, the kitchen was of a high standard and spotless, the bed was very comfortable and clean. The whole place has been renovated to a fantastically high standard and I would recommend it to anyone, the local shop is about a 5 minute drive away and is easy to get to, as well as an easy route to the nearest beach, thank you for a fantastic weekend!
