Description from owner

Description

Light, spacious, comfy and well equiped, this is a beautifully renovated top floor apartment. Very central to Crieff, at the heart of Strathearn, within easy walking distance to shops and resturants. Yet Cumlodden House also benefits from being in a quiet residential area with private parking. The perfect base from which to explore Perthshire with its huge glens, lush forests, bleak moors and rushing rivers. Lots of local visitor attractions and close to Perth and Stirling Castle.

Cumlodden House is a historic red sandstone building in a lovely part of Crieff. The rooms are generous and have many of the origional features including the cornicing. With ceiling high windows, offering fantastic views over Crieff to the hills beyond, the rooms are light and airy. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, a double and twin. A modern living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. Clean bright bathroom with a shower and bath.
