The property is centrally located in the heart of the market town of Crickhowell and Hay-on-Wye is nearby which is a must see along with Abergavenny with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. Why not stop in Brecon en-route to Pen y Fan. The cities of Hereford and Cardiff are both less than an hour away. There is plenty to do in the area including hiking in the hills, fishing on the River Usk and there are some lovely walks off to the right along the River, also great for a summer picnic. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gardens: 3 acres of flat enclosed garden, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Additional info: £1000 security deposit, this venue does not accept stag parties but will consider hen parties by prior arrangement. There is an adjoining apartment sleeping six and a cottage sleeping four, both attached to the main house. The cost for the cottage or apartment is an additional £342 for 3 or 4 nights and £632 for 7 nights per property.
