Additional information: short breaks are charged at 3 nights 60%, 4 nights 70% and 5 nights 80% of the full weekly cost. Small shop located onsite selling gifts and fresh seasonal produce from the farm. Location: beach 9 miles, shops and pubs 4 miles.

This spacious accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over the bath and WC on the first-floor, with an additional shower room and WC located on the ground-floor. Lounge: with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome, more by arrangement, please note that dogs must be kept on leads due to sheep in the adjacent field, however dogs are allowed off leads in the woodland area.
