Description

Elegant apartment on the first floor in a newly built complex, with wheelchair access, private parking, wifi 100 MB / sec, LED TV, central heating, double glazing and air conditioningand that allow absolute tranquility.

The apartment is right in front of the nursing home La Pace.

And 'close to foot the historical center of the city: it takes less than ten minutes to walk to shopping Trecchi Palace Corso Garibaldi and the heart of the city, as well as the Teatro Ponchielli.

 

It consists of a large living room where there are two sofas (sofa bed), dining table closable, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and normal.

Are available, free of charge, tea, coffee, milk and snacks for breakfast at home.

Also it consists of a bedroom with double divisible standard, large wardrobe and a desk, a small terrace overlooking the garden.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. They provide bed linen and towels and toiletries.

The building is equipped with access for the disabled and for those arriving by car there is a private lockable garage for personal use.

Guests will receive information from us directly and through information material that will leave at the accommodation. In any case we will be available for every need.

Upon request we are provided free bikes and shuttle service to and from the train station.

Guests are invited to communicate via telephone or email, they arrived at the apartment at least 1 hour before to allow time to arrive on the scene.

Guests are invited to communicate, at least the night before check-out the exact time of departure to collect the keys. Anyway check out is no later than 10.

In less than ten minutes walk away is a large supermarket and 350 meters walk you can reach both restaurants with traditional local cuisine of Cremona that with foreign cuisine (Chinese and Japanese). At about 100 meters a grocery store providing local specialties and Italian dishes.
