“Perfect location and lovely house to have a really relaxing break.”

The house is in an enviable location to enjoy all the fabulous scenery around this area. We had a brilliant holiday and the house had everything we needed to make a perfect break away. A great place to go to relax, unwind and enjoy an area of very natural beauty.

“Amazing view!!”

Tigh Ban Leo is an fabulous holiday rental. The view is much more amazing than the photos show. It takes your breath away. There is a variety of wildlife and birds that visit the garden including the red squirrel who we saw several times. The cottage is ideally placed to tour the area and there is much to do. The local pub Lord of the Isles at Craobh Haven is a short drive away and serves lovely food. Very friendly, they will even open the small shop for you if you run out of supplies. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived with fresh flowers in every room and some delicious shortbread. Highly recommended.

Owner's reply: Glad you enjoyed your stay, thank you for your feedback.

“Stunning and Unique”

Reviewed 20 Jul 2017

We really can't praise this house enough - the design, quality, layout and fittings are all first class. The patios and garden areas are quite unique and beautiful - combine this with the surrounding panorama of hills, lochs and islands and it is pretty much Eden. The local area (between Oban to the north and Lochgilphead to the south) is full of interesting things to do and places to see. Other highlights were great local seafood and a walk along the Crinnan canal.

Owner's reply: Glad you enjoyed the house and the area, thanks for your review we really appreciate it.

“Great Location”

Reviewed 27 Nov 2012

Wonderful location overlooking Loch-well equipped every need covered nice touch with the welcome pack -homemade shortbread lovely. Cottage needs a general makeover -looking tired in exterior decor and hard to reach interior.

Owner's reply: Sorry to hear you feel the cottage needs a makeover. The stone exterior cannot be modified and we recently decorated the interior, including those hard to reach high sections in the lounge/dining area.

Stayed at Tigh Ban Lek for a few days as a short break to get away from things. It was great. The house had everything we needed and was in a great setting - the views are just amazing and it was so quiet. Travelled a fair amount in Scotland and this was one of the best places we've ever stayed, definitely highly recommended!

Owner's reply: Thank you very much for your review, glad you enjoyed your time at Tigh Ban Lek
