A lovely, light and spacious family friendly house, just a short walk from Crantock Beach. The village is approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is plenty of parking to the front and Da Nance benefits from a sunny rear garden. Da Nance, uniquely, has a large conservatory to the rear which joins the sitting room to the kitchen. The dining table and chairs can be found here. There are doors to the garden from the conservatory.There is a ramp from the drive into the front door - ideal for guests with buggies carrying sleeping children up from the beach! The ramp is also ideal for guests who may find step access difficult. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, downstairs there is a WC - ideal if young children are staying.

3. CHANGE OVER DATE

The start date and end date of holidays (change over day) is fixed and cannot be changed. Short breaks can start on a different day but must start and end within the booking week. Please note we do not start holidays at any other date than the displayed start date.

4. REDUCED OCCUPANCY DISCOUNTS

From September to May cottages are charged at a base rate for the minimum number of guests as stated in the pricing tab. Additional guests may be added as shown in the pricing tab. Not available during Christmas, New Year and February Half Term.

5. SHORT BREAK DISCOUNTS

Short Breaks of 4 nights or less are between November and Easter, excluding school holidays, at a discount of 10% off the full week price. Not available during Christmas, New Year and February Half Term. Please note: we do not offer short break discounts at other times.

6. DOGS

In cottages where dogs are allowed, they are charged at £40 each. A refundable occupancy deposit will be payable on arrival to the Property Manager. We do not allow more than 2 dogs in any of our properties.

7. MINIMUM AGE

At least half of your party must be over 23 to book one of our cottages. The above information applies to all Cornwall Holiday Cottages in Crantock, Feock/Fal Estuary and on The Camel Trail.

The England region

Cornwall is simply, stunning. The county is bordered on 3 sides by water. On the north coast you can see the wildness of the Atlantic. This makes for great surfing from our local beaches - Crantock and Porth Joke (Polly Joke).

Cornwall is famed for its fantastic food from beach shacks and cafes to Michelin Star restaurants. If you love to walk there is no place better. The South West Coastal path (or bits of it anyway!) can be reached on foot from our Crantock Cottages. Many guests who want to walk sections stay in Crantock and drive their car to a pre designated point and walk back, going back later using buses and cabs to collect their car. If you like to cycle you are in the right place! Storage is available at your cottage.

Crantock

Crantock is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is just five miles from Newquay but could be miles away in terms of style. It has a slightly old fashioned family feel to it. There are two pubs, a beautiful old church (popular for weddings), a cafe, a shop selling freshly baked bread and pasties. We have guests who have been coming for years and come in generations for their annual family holiday. The beautiful beach is just a five minute walk from the village but none of our cottages are more than a 10-15 minute walk away from the beach. There is no need to take the car out.

“nice stay in Cornwall”

We have stayed for week in Da Nance in Cornwall. The house was very comfortable , good equipped, light and bright. The street is quiet, supermarket and restaurants nearby, beautiful beach in ten minutes reach. Good place to stay if you want to sightsee through Cornwall. Price/quality: Good!
