2 Halwyn Road is a 3 bedroom end terrace house located in the pretty village of Crantock. Facilities include a large kitchen/dining room, lounge w/ wood burner, television/dvd etc. Two double bedrooms and bath/shower room on the second storey and 2 single beds in a loft conversion.there is also a shower ,toilet and wash basin downstairs. All furnishings and carpets are new 2012. There is a garden to the front and a large enclosed area at the rear that leads to the parking area.

Crantock is a beautiful village located on the coast close to Newquay. It has 2 pubs, a post office/mini supermarket located 2 mins walking from the house. Crantock beach is a 2min drive (10-15 min walk) through the village and has a Natonal Trust car park. The beach itself has sand dunes, a large sandy beach with an estuary to one side. Ideal for families, couples and/or surfers. Newquay itself is a 10min drive with all the facilities of a seaside town.

Crantock

Newquay is a lively seaside town,all the amusement activities,good pubs and resteraunts & fast food outlets.
It boasts a Golf course,scuba diving,sea angling,a small high st with the usual shops. Fistral beach is famous for its surfing activies,but also for family fun.

There is a Morrisons Supermarket between Crantock & Newquay. Newquay has a zoo and also an aquarium.
Crantock has two pubs The Old Albion,and the Cornisman both provide food & local ale.

Crantock beach has a lifeguard during the summer months. Truro city is well worth a visit for its markets shops & cathedral.

“Look no further”

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August this year, 2016. It is an absolutely fantastic house.    It was extremely well equipped. Free WiFi. Comfortable beds. Clean, neat and tidy with a real "home" feel. Towels and bedding were provided which was brilliant. The upstairs and downstairs bathroom/shower rooms were great. The location was amazing, 10 minute walk to the beautiful Crantock beach. There was always parking spaces available. Couldn't have asked for better. We would definitely recommend this house and would definitely book again.

House exactly as advertised. Nice, clean and modern. Ideal for sharing with another family, seating in the living room limited although kitchen area made up for this. Plenty of cooking utensils! A welcome pack would be helpful although owner was very informative through emails when booking. Lovely village, close to the beach and bus stop.
