A really lovely cottage, on Beach Road only a few minutes walk from Crantock Beach. Bright, sunny, cosy and really comfortable. A real home from home and more. Luxury king sized bedstead in a mezzanine bedroom with wardrobe and shelving storage. There is an armchair in the bedroom providing a lovely quiet space for reading. There are Velux windows in the bedroom as it is set in the eaves. Downstairs the open plan living/dining room also conveniently houses the modern kitchen. There is a shower room cleverly located under the stairs. Please note that the private patio garden is to the side and accessed via a gate. It is not accessible from within the cottage. There is parking for one car.

3. CHANGE OVER DATE

The start date and end date of holidays (change over day) is fixed and cannot be changed. Short breaks can start on a different day but must start and end within the booking week. Please note we do not start holidays at any other date than the displayed start date.

4. REDUCED OCCUPANCY DISCOUNTS

From September to May cottages are charged at a base rate for the minimum number of guests as stated in the pricing tab. Additional guests may be added as shown in the pricing tab. Not available during Christmas, New Year and February Half Term.

5. SHORT BREAK DISCOUNTS

Short Breaks of 4 nights or less are between November and Easter, excluding school holidays, at a discount of 10% off the full week price. Not available during Christmas, New Year and February Half Term. Please note: we do not offer short break discounts at other times.

6. DOGS

In cottages where dogs are allowed, they are charged at £40 each. A refundable occupancy deposit may be payable on arrival to the Property Manager. We do not allow more than 2 dogs in any of our properties.

7. MINIMUM AGE

At least half of your party must be over 23 to book one of our cottages.

The Beach House is a one bedroom studio style cottage which sleeps two, on two floors. It is presented in a contemporary style, with a very comfortable high quality finish.

The Beach House has an enclosed private patio with an outside shower, making it ideal for dog owners or surfers who need to rinse off their surf boards and wet suits. Due to it';s central village location, you are never more than a five minute walk away from two pubs, the church of St Carantoc, the Londis/Post Office store and other village attractions. As well as this, Crantock's legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage perfect couples and surfers alike.

Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. Sitting room with oak flooring & rug, sofa, TV, DVD player, MP3/CD player. Dining table seating 3. Storage space for shoes/coats. Dog gate for stairs.

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob and fridge.

Kingsize 5'; (150cm) bed. Bedside tables, built in shelving & hanging, arm chair, full length mirror. The bedroom is in the eaves so there may be a height restriction, but if you are 6'; or under, there should not be a problem. TV in the bedroom.

Built in shower cubicle, sink, WC, heated towel rail, fully tiled.

Iron and Ironing Board available upon request from the Property Manager.

Hair dryer available upon request from the Property Manager.

Crantock

Crantock is a picturesque village of historical note, on the North coast of Cornwall with one of the best beaches in the area. It has an ancient church, two pubs a tea rooms, an art gallery, gift shop and a village store.

It is only five miles from Newquay, but a world apart. It is popular with families in the summer and people who wish to surf, walk and enjoy all Cornwall has to offer all year round.

And, of course, our beaches:

Crantock Beach and Polly Joke Beach. These offer surf kiting, kayaking, surfing or just enjoy the view!

“outstanding property and spotless !!!”

WE always love to stay in crantock or very close by and this property did not let us down . we would like to say a very BIG thankyou to Godfrey and his wife as they made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble , WE stayed when we had a very poorly Labrador who had to have an emergency op while we were on holiday and since arriving home we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go to sleep !! However while we were staying in the beach house because the owners had dogs them selves we felt at ease . A massive THANKYOU and will see you both soon xxx Rachel & Stuart
