Description

Number 1 is a stylish and beautifully presented 1 bedroom studio style cottage on two floors. Number 1 is the smaller of two properties which are part of a stylish conversion of farm buildings located in a very central village location in the picturesque village of Crantock, on the north coast of Cornwall close to Crantock beach.

One bedroom cottage, ideal for a couple or a couple with one young child or a baby, looking for less expensive but high quality accommodation. The bedroom has an enormously comfortable 6' bed with a separate day bed for a child under 12.

Crantock is an ideal family holiday venue with a short walk to the beach (no need to take the car), a village shop and tea rooms, two pubs and we are able to welcome up to 2 small dogs.

The England region

Cornwall : a stunning county with many different faces. There is so much to do, see and explore in Cornwall. With the longest stretch of continuous coastline in Britain, you’ll discover tiny Cornish fishing villages, smuggler’s coves, countless spectacular beaches and sweeping bays, dramatic cliffs and coastlines, plus beautiful moorland and countryside. Located in the far west of Great Britain on a peninsula tumbling into the vast Atlantic Ocean, Cornwall is the only county in England bordered by just one other county, its neighbour Devon. So being almost surrounded by the sea, a magnificent coastline wraps around the county for almost 300 miles.

Crantock

Crantock is a picturesque village of historical note, on the North coast of Cornwall with one of the best beaches in the area. It has an ancient church, two pubs a tea rooms, an art gallery, gift shop and a village store. It is only five miles from Newquay, but a world apart. It is popular with families in the summer and people who wish to surf, walk and enjoy all Cornwall has to offer all year round.

Crantock and Polly Joke beaches:

Crantock Beach is a great beach for families and surfers alike. It is a wide sandy beach with sand dunes between the beach and the village. At low tide you can walk along the beach to West Pentire.

Polly Joke beach is the next beach around the coast going west.
