Caiplie House - large self catering property

Caiplie House is a large Victorian house, situated in the lovely East Neuk village of Crail. Sleeping up to 14, it is perfect for groups or family gatherings.

It has 7 bedrooms, which offer flexible accommodation with doubles, twins and one 'family' suite. All bedrooms are ensuite, with the suite having 1 bathroom for the 2 adjoining rooms. There is also a lounge and additional sitting room, both of which have open fires. And a dining room which can seat your whole party with a sociable open plan modern kitchen. The house has 3 levels with sea views to the Isle of May from the top floor.

It is ideal for family gatherings, significant birthday celebrations, corporate groups, girls weekends, walking groups, school reunions and golfing parties.

There is something for everyone in Crail, with it's pretty harbour, galleries, cafes, golf courses, beaches and local seafood
