Windmill Villa is a two storey building which offers visitors the chance to rent the luxurious first floor apartment. It's the home of husband and wife team Fitzroy and Ann Laetitia McKenzie. The couple who live upstairs on the second floor of the villa, designed and built this spectacular property in 2012. The apartment is furnished and styled to the highest standards to ensure you have the holiday of your dreams.
Windmill Villa holiday rental apartment is available throughout the year in Carriacou and is a short hop from the main island of Grenada. Catch a short ferry or take a quick plane ride from Grenada to Carriacou. Couples, singles and families with children are all welcome. The apartment has magnificent sea views of Carriacou and the Craigston Estate. It's a stones throw away from beautiful Silver Beach where you can enjoy crystal clear sea waters and spectacular views – it's paradise.
The property is located on the Craigston Estate which was previously home to a lime crushing factory. The whole area is awash with luscious fruit trees and glorious vegetation.

You can access Carriacou by international flights to Grenada. Various airlines such as, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines and other charters all fly daily to Grenada. This is then followed by a short connection to Carriacou by ferry or plane.
If your flight arrives in Grenada after 9am, we advise you to stay overnight in Grenada before planning your onward connection to Carriacou. There are many suitable hotels in Grenada to choose from. Have a look at Trip Advisor recommendations.

Carriacou which is part of the three island state of Grenada. Grenada is the largest of the Grenadine islands which includes Petite Martinique. Carriacou is located north of Grenada and it's an English speaking island with a rich cultural heritage.
Carriacou (pronounced: Carry-a-koo), is roughly 13 square miles.
The name Carriacou is taken from the Amerindian name for the island “Kayryouacou” which means island of reefs. The main population are descendants of slaves from West Africa. Today, the island is known for it's boat building, fishing, agriculture and tourism
