Description
This very centrally located 3 storey town house provides comfortable accommodation for 10 people with a lovely open plan layout on the ground floor comprising of kitchen, large dining table & lounge. A great crew house being one minute away from the marinas & town.
The colours are neutral, furnishings are all new, and accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 triple (3 single beds) and one room with 4 single beds), 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom (with shower over bath). The majority of the ground floor is dedicated to one very large open plan area that is more than sufficient for 10 people with kitchen, large dining table, substantial breakfast bar and comfortable seating. Outside is a small courtyard garden with some outdoor furniture and BBQ.
