Description

We are pleased to advertise our immaculate and well maintained two bedroom Chalet in the Gurnard Pines Holiday Village which can sleep up to five persons.

This Chalet comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to make your stay as close to home as possible.

The main living area contains an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen/dining area.

There are two double bedrooms one of which has a double bed. The second room has a large bunk bed with a pull out underbed to sleep a fifth person. A travel cot is available plus a high chair. The bathroom has an over bath shower

The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a 42" Freeview TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's and a DAB radio. There is a washing machine with a rotary dryer to the side of the chalet and an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom also has a DVD TV with a large selection of DVD's available

Clean bedding supplied is supplied.

This is a quiet family site of  surrounded by countryside, woodland walks, and is near the picturesque sailing town of Cowes.

During the summer holidays prefer 7 day bookings

The location is ideal for Cowes week and the Isle of Wight festival. Most attractions and beaches on the Island are within easy reach.

Cowes is a one hour ferry journey ride from Southampton for vehicles or a 25 minute journey on a the Red Jet hi-speed ferry for foot passengers.

Sorry, No pets or smoking within the chalet.

The Gurnard complex comprises of a Clubhouse and Leisure club

We have a special deal with the leisure club

For guests who prebook the leisure passes, a weekly pass for 2 adults and up to 3 children will cost £60.

The adult pass gains access to the pool, gym, classes and sauna.

The child passes gains access to monkey mansion and the pool.

A fully stocked Spar supermarket is now open on site. .

“Gurnard Pines holiday chalet.”

Lovely location, great accommodation well equipped for a family. Had an excellent stay, this being an ideal; base to get about from, with Cowes and Newport both a short drive away. The Isle of Wight is a fantastic place for a family holiday lovely beaches and scenery, too many attraction to see them all in a week and most offering good value for money, Will be back to visit again.

I had the pleasure of staying here with my family for a mini break in September. It had everything that we needed and 2 year old was really excited about the bunk beds. It was clean comfortable and plenty big enough. A lovely place to stay, thanks Steven.

Beds & linen all clean and very warm duvets. Lots of information in the property as to where to go and what to do. Surroundings very pleasant and permanent residents very friendly, of those that we spoke to. Outdoor pool closed for the winter, but indoor pool very warm and great. Quite cheap too if you just want the odd swim. The wrost thing were the refuse/recycling bins, though there was a leaflet telling you what goes in which bin, it seemed very confusing, especially as it was all so different to home and more bins outside than I could cope with.

A lovely home from home. We stayed for 4 nights over the weekend of the Isle of White Festival. We didn't want to camp at the festival & this chalet was the perfect alternative on a budget. With 4 adults and a 5 month old baby it was a little tight for space, fitting in our travel cot wasn't easy. Overall though we were very comfortable, the beds were lovely & bed linen was fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped & great for getting a big breakfast together for us all. There are great facilities on site, the shop, restaurant & bar are great. The leisure facilities do come at an extra charge but probably worthwhile if you're staying for the week. We had a really good stay and would definitely consider it again for any future trips to the Isle of Wight.
