This Property has three bedrooms and two living areas along with an undercover outdoor area complete with furniture, BBQ and all required equipment to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. The bedroom set up is 1x master with a queen bed,ensuit and walk in rhobe, 1x bedroom with a queen size bed and storage, 1 x bedroom with two single beds and storage. The main living room has all high end entertainment equipment including surround sound and playstation equipment. The secound living area also has entertainment equipment including Plasma TV, DVD, Surround sound and other. The house is heated and cooled and has both on street and off street secure parking.The area is quite and consits of mainly new properties. The is a park across from our house and the street are quit and safe for kids to ride their bikes on etc.

We are an average Australian family that have two children and love to holiday both locally and internationally. We have high standards of ourselves and our propertys

We are an average Australian family that have two children and love to holiday both locally and internationally. We have high standards of ourselves and our propertys and enjoy the fact that we have regular and returning visitors to our property at Cowes. Both myself and my wife work within the Disability sector in Melbourne and have done so for over 25 years. We are very easy to get along with and believe in having a friendly but proffessional interaction with our visitors to the house.
