Downstairs is open-plan in addition there is also a cosy separate living area, both have beautiful sea views. It has been recently totally renovated to a high standard with oak and slate floors, underfloor heating and a Morso wood burning stove. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and separate dryer.

There are three double bedrooms with king size Hypnos beds and wonderful sea viewes. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom is ensuite with bath and separate shower. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a modern shower room with basin and loo. All the bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Upstairs is carpeted.

The house sits on a mini peninsular which gives it, with its four bay windows, a 200 degree sea view, from the sheltered sandy beach out to the distant horizon and around to the craggy Chynhalls Point.

The garden and patio are south facing with a sheltered sunny courtyard for breezy days. There is a hot water shower which is very useful for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Coverack is a picturesque Cornish fishing village. Nestling around the stone built harbour, are a pub and a restaurant both providing excellent food. There is a local village shop which also serves wonderful coffee and freshly baked pastries and a Roskilly's ice cream parlour. Running along the side of the house is a path which leads to the beach. Opposite the house there is a park with swings and a slide for children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
