This fabulous five bedroomed house benefits from its convenient central village location, secluded garden and panoramic views. 'Lowlands' is just a stone's throw from the beach and is within walking distance of all village amenities. It is positioned to take full advantage of its stunning sea views and provides a convenient and relaxing place to stay in one of Cornwall's prettiest villages. The light and modern spacious accommodation offers a unique blend of luxury and homely living and provides the perfect getaway for family holidays or celebrations. 'Lowlands' also offers an ideal venue for small specialist groups who wish to experience the riches offered by the area to people such as photographers, artists, botanists or geologists.
Local activities such as windsurfing, fishing, diving, and walking will keep any of the more active members of the group busy, while the tranquil atmosphere and rhythms of the village offers an ideal respite from the cares of the world for those who simply wish to 'get away from it all'. Children will love the beach and many local attractions, while art and garden lovers in particular will find this an ideal location from which to explore the Lizard/West Cornwall area, with its sublime light, wonderful gardens and picturesque locations.

'Lowlands' provides comfortable, light and airy accommodation for a maximum of ten people. It provides five double bedrooms on two floors, all en suite (4 doubles, I twin; two bath with shower, three shower). The master bedroom has a wonderful panoramic glass fronted balcony (ideal for that early morning cup of tea) and bathroom with large mirror to reflect the bay. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all doubles beds have summer/winter duvets. The majority of rooms in the house have a sea view.
The extensive kitchen/diner/conservatory takes full advantage of the fantastic sea views and definitely has the 'wow' factor with its views across the bay and double doored access into the garden. The house is well equipped and is set up for ease of management so that cooking and washing up can even take on a rare new appeal in these surroundings! In general the effect is spacious and relaxing and even with a full group of ten, the house never feels crowded with easy and open access to all sitting and dining areas whether inside or out. Double doors lead from the kitchen to the sitting room (with an extra table for those who wish to play games), which is comfortably furnished including three reclining armchairs and it also has double doors leading to the patio area which is situated to take full advantage of the sun at the rear of the house. Both the dining table in the kitchen and the patio table seat ten people comfortably.
Convenient sand coloured stone tiles run throughout the hall, kitchen and utility room giving these areas a fresh and clean impression. The Utility room also provides extra storage and hanging and drying space, as well as the normal utilities, for wet weather holiday gear. Kites, cricket bats etc. for the beach can be stored in the outside loo just by the outside tap which is handy for washing off the sand.
'Lowlands' is very much a family home and various books, games, video/DVDs and local maps/guides are left for your enjoyment. We very much love our home and hope that visitors will enjoy their opportunity to share in the whole Coverack experience. Broadband and central heating are included in the rental price. Telephone charges and replacement coal for the fire are the only extras that might be incurred during your stay.

The house boasts a spacious private garden with patio with integral seating which is ideal for barbecues and family parties.
The mature and sunny garden overlooks the sea and provides room for games and relaxation. It is set on three levels with orchard and a host of typically Cornish plants such as hydrangeas, fuschias, escallonia as well as a banana tree and even a 'strawberry' tree.

We were ten friends from CZ staying in the Lowlands. The first reaction when we arrived was "WOW!" The house is big enough for ten people, every couple has its own privacy. It is clean and bright, comfortably equipped. It was real pleasure to prepare and serve dinner at the dining space with the breathtaking views of the Coverack harbour. The surroundings invites to pretty walks - Roskilly´s farm could be one of them. We were lucky - weather was extremely nice which helped us to discover all beauties of Cornwall. And the Lowlands in Coverack was our everyday port with a nice and maintaned garden where we could relax after our exhausting trips. We are really greateful to the owner, Billie, for very detailed information about all important questions connected with our stay and especially for the possibility to spend an unforgettable week in her charming house. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone who wants to spend his holidays in a peaceful place with the high comfort for a very reasonable price.
“Stunning property in an ideal location for all ages”
We travelled with our two boys and met up with friends and their two boys and two girls for the second Easter week 2013. The images of the house you see on website do not do it justice (and they grabbed our attention!). This house is huge - airy - immaculate and yet very homely. We all fell in love with it on arrival (I think the predominant comment was "WOW"). Everything you will need to stay, as a base of operations or a combination depending on what you want and what the weather wants to throw at you. We had everything from high, cold winds in bright sunshine to wet grey days with stormy seas crashing along the harbour front. The house provides a cosy retreat or just a comfortable viewpoint across this quaint and largely unspoilt village. The beach is surprisingly good despite the rocky appearance. If like us, you have considered when and what you want from a holiday in the UK - and you have seen this house online and are still wondering... STOP dithering and book it now! This house works even in bad weather (which provides a magic of it's own in Cornwall anyway), so any time of year will give you a wonderful break. PS. Keep the camera at your bedside to capture (weather permitting) a most beautiful sunrise!
“Immaculate house with a wonderful view.”
Visited Lowlands and Coverack five times now. The house is immaculately presented with five superb ensuite bedrooms. Kitchen and lounge match the high standard throughout. Lovely gardens and spectacular views of the English Channel from the kitchen and master bedroom. Ample parking for larger group or extended family. Coverack is lovely boasting a pub, fine hotel, award-winning fish and chip outlet and a number of quirky independent shops. We love it!
“Breathtaking and brilliant”
What can I say? This place is just fantastic. Firstly the location is perfect. Coverack is a unique, characterful town in this comparatively undiscovered part of Cornwall. The house itself, Lowlands, is situated by to an old whitewashed chapel, with sweeping vistas over the sea. There is no more inspiring start to the day than to draw the curtains back on this view. There is a great pub, a charming shop and wonderful walks in all directions. There is even a brilliant lady who makes fresh pasties and sells them from her front room. The surrounding area is beautiful and full of fascinating villages. The house itself is very spacious and extremely well designed with all the bedrooms having good sized en-suites. The owners have thought of everything, there are books and games and an enormous television if you have time for that! The kitchen is bright and enormous, with perhaps the best views of all. The balcony in the bedroom is also a wonderful place to watch the tide rolling in. I am a writer and I had a very inspirational stay here in February. I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer. I couldn't recommend Lowlands more and in fact I seem now to dream about it every night.

“The most perfect house for a large group.”
Coverack is home to one of the safest beaches in Cornwall, and this lovely home sits less than a five minute walk from it. Completely kitted out and perfectly comfortable, the owners will bend over backwards to put anything right that you might need. I would suggest taking your own knives if you're doing a lot of cooking (there are plenty there but with our group I do industrial level catering and I needed my super sharp ones), and there aren't any clocks in the house, so you might want some travel ones. We used Sainsburys to deliver the big weekly shops, and then the shop in the village has all the incidentals you might need.
